Issues with installation addressed in a professional manner
From the moment I first contacted Aztec to the very end of the process communications have been very good and I have always been able to contact their team to arrange dates and follow up issues (see below).
The product (prestige range) is excellent and was worth paying the extra money for.
Unfortunately the fitting resulted in a number of issues impacting the aesthetics of the finished windows which was a shame given how nice the product is. This was disappointing but to their credit Aztec maintained good communication and have since visited to rectify the issues raised. I am giving 5 stars on the basis of the Company’s response to rectifying the issues raised.

Hi Darren. I am sorry you had issues with your installation. As always we try to be as careful as possible when undertaking works on peoples homes but sometimes damage can occur and glass can break. As far as I was aware, all reported scratches/damage was repaired, if you have further repairs please send in the details/photos and I will get this looked at as soon as possible.
I am in agreement that the bowed window was unacceptable and again as far as I was aware this was rectified, if this is not the case, please also send in details and I will get the installer back to rectify.

Absolutely beautiful door
Absolutely beautiful door, was fitted super quick and the fitters made no mess at all. We was worried a little about any mess that might happen while fitting the door as we had not long had the hall way decorated, but they made a great job with no mess or damage to the walls at all.

From measuring to fitting everything was done very professionally.
Fitters were very friendly, cleared and took away all the old frames, tided up after the work day and ensured the work was good.

Great value, great service, great windows!
Pricing was competitive and so happy with the quality of our new windows. Fitting was completed with minimum fuss. The fitters were willing to work around a few inconveniences and were very accommodating when we had any requests. Would highly recommend.

Astonishing work
After many searches and many discussions with multiple vendors we decided to go with Aztec to change our windows and the entrance door and truthfully it was the best decision we’ve made. The whole process was straightforward and the way of working and installing everything exceeded by far our expectations. Not only that they work very clean but they also pay attention to details and don’t miss anything. Best experience ever hence I also continued to work with them in changing the remaining windows. I gladly recommend Aztec Windows to everyone. Thanks a lot for a really great job guys.
