We are very pleased with the product and the work carried out by Dave and Logan. Some minor follow up work was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Michael.

Aztec windows were recommended to me by a friend.
I had contacted 3 companies previously with unsatisfactory outcomes (didn’t call back ,didn’t turn up ,very highly priced)
Aztec windows were faultless in their communication .
I just e mailed measurements of my windows and they sent me quote .
I went to their showroom to see Gary at the factory to choose frames and ask questions.
Once I was happy I signed paperwork and a few days later factory measurements were taken of my windows and order sent out .
A few weeks later my windows were fitted by Dave and Logan who worked so hard ,only taking a short break for lunch every day .They were polite ,friendly and cleaned up and hoovered at the end of each day.
I could not fault their work (and I am so fussy ) I am so pleased with the quality and fitting of my windows and highly recommend Aztec .
They are so confident that they do not even ask for a deposit to be paid .You pay nothing till job done and you are happy.Thank-you .

From the initial booking to fitment service from Aztec windows has been excellent. Gary came and measured the existing doors and ensured my requirements were understood and met. My order was placed and estimated timing given. Michael updated on the manufacturing progress and arranged a suitable installation date. The fitters arrived promptly on the day and fitted the doors. They left the place clean and tidy with some quality doors fitted. Very pleased with the results and would thoroughly recommend Aztec Windows as a company to deal with.

Various damage and lots of mess left. Acoustic lamination not worth the money.

Edit to add: thank you for your response. Yes, there was significant damage to multiple windowsills, and you are correct it's covered in the honesty statement. However, I am speaking about the chemicals spilt outside the carpet protector, that took more than three professional cleaners to restore. I'm also talking about the varnish removed from my hardwood floor, when the carpet protector in the next room was taken up. Neither of these I believe are in your "honesty statement".

Had two doors fitted , excellent quality and service

Beautiful front door fitted, quickly and cleanly. Also had a back door fitted at the same time which is secure and well made. Would highly recommend Aztec Windows.

Very friendly local professional company with years of experience. Gary and Micheal kept me updated and the windows were completed in 3 days…really pleased with how they look and the quality of the finish of the windows is excellent.

Great company always polite and work done to a high standard

Really pleased with our bespoke arched windows that were replaced. Gary provided regular updates on the status and the fitter was very friendly and did a great job. The cost was also very competitive compared to other companies.

We needed to replace all our windows and front door. We were encouraged by positive Trustpilot reviews.
We were not disappointed! Dave and Logan worked very hard and completed the work to a great standard. There was hardly any damage to plaster and ouside render, something we were worried about. My kitchen window finish looks better than before! Great attention to detail. Our new windows and new door look fab! Thank you Aztec Windows! 5 stars from us!:-)

Very good team of two who were very calm, understanding and professional.

Aztec windows were brilliant with our specifications we wanted for the custom coloured glass in our front door. Nothing was to much trouble even when we double checked the smallest of issues.
The fitters were professional and did a great job with very little mess.

From start to finish, the service was fantastic. I changed my mind on design a few times and this was not at al an issue for the team. I’d recommend going to visit the little show room as they are more than happy to tell you about the different products to help you choose what you want. Fitting was really easy to arrange and the fitter was professional, courteous and really hard working - he totally forgot about the coffee I made him as he was really focussed on doing a great job! Just fabulous service and great quality. I’ll be getting my windows done next! Great job, Aztec Window. Kudos to a small team who do exactly what they say they are going to do!
