I rate my experience with Balhousie as high, it was impeccable, zero hassle, great communications, planning and execution. The work was completed ahead of allocated time, the installation team were friendly, efficient, good craftsmen.
A small item of remedial work was completed efficiently and hassle free.

Balhousie team
Really impressed by the teams service. The workmanship was of really high quality and the team were very adaptable to all of the small challenges that arose. They left the house in a really good condition and we are really pleased with all of our new windows! Thank you

Everyone we had contact with during the whole process of getting our new doors were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Good service all round from this company and good products, can highly recommend.

Great products....great workers...and very thoughtful treating our home with respect...covering everything for protection and kn both rooms
Very clean workers ...tidying and hoovering up behind themselves.
Absolutely brilliant. Cleaned the new windows too

Guys arrived when they said they would. Polite, efficient, tidied up after themselves and job well done.

Absolutely delighted with my new Windows and doors. Peter and Ben, installers, were great. Everyone that I spoke to, interacted with, were very friendly and helpful they really treated me as an individual. Would I recommend them, most definitely and the quality of the workmanship is excellent.

Great experience from ordering to fitting

Can’t praise Balhousie enough. A great company to deal with, from the office staff to the guys installing the doors. Very professional, keep you informed and will even find workarounds where needed. No mess once finished. And company will contact you afterwards to check on how everything went. Would highly recommend Balhousie

All members of staff were excellent and very respectful of my home. Had a couple of issues on installation, handles didn't open the same way and there was a panel faulty but all sorted within a very short time.

What a great company: friendly, professional, and punctual, what more could you want? From first contact through to survey, installation and payment everyone knew exactly what they were doing to get the job done. Really, don't waste your time looking anywhere else.
They may not have been the cheapest but they were worth every penny.
We were let down by another very well known large company and I could kick myself for not going with these guys in the first place - I'll not make that mistake again when it comes to doing the windows!

We had a dog flap fitted to a new front door and the installation guys were so quick and thorough, and tidy - we couldn't be happier with the result and the service.
I'd definitely recommend Balhousie to anyone needing ANY glazing done.

The window installation went very well. The installers were very knowledgeable in their field, polite and helpful to us. Very impressed by their attention to details. Even small details. Nothing was too much trouble to them. I would highly recommend Balhousie Glazing to friends and family.

The workers were professional, knowledgable and had good communication. The quality and level of work is exceptional. They also fixed my front door which was an amazing gesture. Highly recommend. Many thanks, Darren

Professional service. Great quality and good price point.

Good communication with company, fitters were very neat and tidy and did a great job

From start to finish the project was professionally managed and well communicated. All staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Any small issues were promptly and effectively dealt with.

Balhousie Door fitters came on time to fit my new door. Due care and attention was given throughout the whole experience. Peter & Brandon were open, friendly, courteous and did a superb job on installing me new door.
Not only was the fitting good but the sales and measuring by the surveyor was excellent. Would highly recommend the company. Cant say more than that!

Pete

The whole process from measuring up the windows, choosing the handles etc. was seamless as was the installation which was completed within 4 hours from 3 windows. Boys cleaned up afterwards so excellent all round.
