Balhousie Glazing Ltd Recenzje

Excellent communication all the way.
A perfect, beautifully fitted door.

Fantastic job - well done!

Very professional from start to finish, the fitters arrived when they said they would and carried out the installation of our windows while explaining any questions we had .Would definitely recommend this company .

1st class service throughout, information and guidance from Paul in sales, to surveyors carrying out measurements to a great team of guys who fitted the doors.Careful and considerate re our home and garden, we were extremely happy and will use Balhousie to replace our windows.

We have been dealing with your company for a number of years and have never had any problems.
your staff are always very helpful & friendly, they are top notch. We will continue to give you our business and promote your company.

Kitchen door and side windows fitted beautifully, really pleased with the work done. Both fitters did a fantastic job and left a very clean and tidy job. So pleased, would highly recommend Balhousie Glazing.

The two young men that came to install our kitchen windows and doors were friendly, efficient and worked extra hard to make sure the work was completed in a day, giving us access to the kitchen as soon as possible. This didn't mean that they rushed the finishing off and cleaning up, everything was left clean and tidy. Great job. Would absolutely recommend Balhousie Glazing.

Great attendance and a good working team.

Dealing with Balhousie Glazing has been a pleasure from start to finish. All the staff have been lovely to deal with, the quality of the windows is really good as well as being reasonably priced, and the installation was done quickly and to a high standard, with Peter and Paul working long days in cold, dreich weather to get my new windows installed within two days. I'm delighted with the windows; they've transformed the house both thermally and visually, and my neighbours have been very complimentary.

Efficient service

Because this company is employee owned, it was obvious from the outset that each individual had a vested interest in providing a good standard of personal service. Every member was friendly and helpful and all communication was efficient and welcoming.
The quality of the work carried out has been excellent with the installation process being completed quickly with no delay - appreciated in view of the inclement weather and lower temperatures. The 2 installers worked well together, were pleasant, worked steadily and both cleaned and tidied on completion of the job.
The quality of the product is very good and we are very pleased with how it has blended in with the house and windows.
We are happy indeed to recommend this company, have been and will continue to passing its details on to others who are considering door and/or window replacement.

Great experience from beginning to end.
Definitely would recommend Balhousie Glazing .

I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the team demonstrated a fantastic attitude- friendly, professional and always willing to answer any questions I had.

Jay and Jordan treated my home with real respect. Their attention to detail was clear and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. The difference my new windows and doors have made is incredible, both in appearance and comfort.

Overall, a brilliant job. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, respectful and skilled team

Got secondary glazing installed on 5 windows. Done with them. The whole process was done in a single day and the fitters did a great job. The new windows look great, block a lot of noise from the street and keep those chilly draughts away. I'm very happy with the results.

Delighted with my high quality replacement windows which were expertly installed a very neat and tidy job. Customer service was also excellent. I highly recommend
this company.

Balhousie did a fantastic job replacing uPVC windows in our property. The new windows themselves are very high quality (far superior to competitors windows we had fitted in another property) and workmanship was excellent. Communication with the entire team from survey to install was good, and 10 year guarantee received. Highly recommend.

Excellent product and price but what maid the experience better was the installation team of two who were excellent helpful, skilled and very tidy.

The two men who did the instalment of my windows and door worked very hard. One man was here for 1 day and then another one joined him on the 2nd day. I love my new windows. I have had a good look at them and cannot see anything wrong. My rooms were left clean and tidy when they had finished. I couldn't ask for more.

A few years ago, I had Balhousie Glazing install a new front door at my flat. I was very satisfied with the quality of that work, so when I decided to have replacement windows fitted, Balhousie Glazing was my first choice. I was not disappointed.

Following my initial contact the pre-sales service was excellent. I was treated with courtesy, my questions were answered in detail, and the advice and guidance that I was given was very helpful.

The installation team was most professional. They treated my home with respect. The installation was carried out with the minimum of disruption. It proceeded without any problems, and following the completion of the work all rubbish was cleared away and the work areas around the new windows were cleaned and left as they were before the work began. Where required, new windowsills and surrounds were fitted. As with the new windows, the quality of this work was excellent. Rails that supported the window blinds had to be removed from some of the windows to enable the work to be completed, but were reinstated by the installation team before they left.

Overall, the experience from beginning to end was a very pleasant experience and I am delighted with the final result.

Fantastic job. Feels like a new house. Thank you so much. Excellent from initial contact to finished job. Great communications. If anyone is looking to replace their double glazing I would highly recommend Balhousie. Very trustworthy.
