The sales process was really helpful, professional and with no pressure with a very competitive price that was lower than expected. The installation date was quicker than anticipated and the fitters did a great job in installing the windows and French doors in a relatively short time and tidied up well. The after sales service has also been very good. We would recommend them.

I found Aztec to be very good and would recommend them to anyone looking for new doors and windows. Everyone was very helpful and easy to deal with.

Pleasant company to deal with, good advice given at the initial home visit ( some of which resulted in a smaller order). Date of fitting adjusted to fit around my holiday. Arrived as arranged. Two men who wasted no time and worked hard to fit a tall stair window. The window appears fine and damage to surrounding plaster and brickwork fairly minimal. All materials removed upon completion.
4 stars rather than 5. The flower bed outside was trashed, some damage was inevitable but no apparent attempt was made to mitigate this. Inside, the small amount of damage was repaired very roughly, a little more effort could have left things very satisfactory.

This is the 2nd job Aztec Windows. have done for me and I would recommend them to anyone. Great service, great product and a great price.

The quote from Aztec was fair, and there was a reasonably quick turnaround. We were sold on the non-mitred corners on the flush casement windows (for front windows in the future!) I liked the fact that I was given one price, no pretense of false discounts, no pressure to order, no up-selling. The fitters were efficient and very friendly, and left everything very tidy. And of course they made such a full of my dog to put him at ease. Will use Aztec again.

Aztec are an honest and hardworking company and it was a pleasure to do business with them from start to finish. Gary came out initially to assess what my requirements were but there was no element of pressure or upselling unlike the other companies I checked out. The products supplied are the very best quality and the price, timescales and insurance cover are comparable to their competitors. Also the price originally quoted was the final price again unlike some of the other companies who started high than haggled down when I didn’t order from them.

The fitters, both called Dave were an absolute pleasure to have around. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure I was 100% happy with the quality of the fitting, they even cleaned out my gutters to prevent water dripping on my new windows.

Once fitted Michael came out to touch up the most minor marks on the windows that had occurred during the fitting and once he’d finished you would have never known they were there.

There’s no fancy showroom or ingratiating salespeople, but there’s a display of the products and you can see into the factory where the windows are actually made. I found this very reassuring.

I have carried out many house renovations in the past but these are the most lovely windows I have ever had. I went for the UPVC that are made to look like wood. They are so convincing the neighbours thought they were either wood or aluminium.

Ordered a Tinidor and was very impressed with quality and fit. Very satisfied.

Excellent quality windows and fitters. Love the look and feel of these windows and fitted quickly without any mess . Top marks for everything. If you need windows these are the people to talk to.
