Took forever to receive order. Wrong size was shipped. I ordered XXL & they weren’t even XL size. The labels were cut off the inside of the pants! The quality was inferior.
Their response was to avoid “ lengthy return process” which would also cost me “$70-$80” to pay for shipping return! So they advised the 25% discount to keep incorrect order & reorder again! Idiots! Terrible company! Don’t trust them!

This Company is a complete scam I ordered a suit from them over a month a ago September 27 to be exact and still haven't received it. I don't recommend any one to order from them. I have left them several messages to return my call and nobody has called me back yet. I finally emailed them from the bogus site email and they emailed me back saying it's on its way. 2 weeks later still no suit so I emailed them again and they emailed me back saying my suit got delivered. So I asked them who delivered my suit why I didn't get an email or a phone call confirming my suit has been delivered. They emailed me back stating that they hands are tied and it's out of They hands to check with my local post office to see who delivered and I emailed them again after I checked my post office and it has no tracking number or anything for my delivery so I emailed them again to asked did the carrier take a picture of the delivery or at least tell me who the carrier is and they haven't emailed me back yet and this was three days ago please and I mean please don't order from these people because they are a scam website very unprofessional and doesn't exist.
If could give them 0 stars I would have but it didn't give me that option and I'm not a person to bash a company because I want to see everyone WIN in life no matter what Race you are but what I'm not going to do sit back and do nothing about me getting scammed. If they got 5 stars they are a lie especially if it's recent I told him them I would give them a bad review if you check this review site look at where the stars are it is more of 1 Star reviews than anything and that is confirmation that this site is a scam thank you very much and GOD bless everyone

The shoes don't fit, and they won't accept a return. They suggest I keep the shoes, find someone to give them to, and they'll give me a 25% discount if I just buy another pair?! Never buy from these charlatans.

My wife usually handles the online shopping, but I needed a new shirt and decided to give this place a try. The polo I ordered fits fine—not too tight in the shoulders, which is my usual problem. The material is decent, but it's nothing special; you can tell it's not a high-end brand. It arrived in a plastic mailer bag, no damage. It's an alright shirt for the money, but I'm not convinced it's better than what I'd just pick up in a department store. Might stick to my usual spots.

The flood of ads they keep sending feature the green shirt I just bought.
Later- the shirt just arrived. It looks nothing like the photo of it and is made of the worst cloth I've seen for sale in recent years

I got sucked in again. Ordered two good looking shirts, used there sizing guide for 44” chest. After waiting 5 weeks the shirts showed up from China sized for a very small child. Why did i do this?? They won’t refund my money, nor permit return shipping to China because of carbon dioxide?? It’s made from a coal power plant. STAY AWAY!!!!

Horrible quality product!!! Stay away from this company, very hard to get a refund, they require to return product to china. Returning fee is a lot. This company is a scam!!!!

This website is a total scam. What they have pictured and what they send you are two different things. I have a pair of shoes which were a total joke when they arrived so I contacted the company and they gave me a credit. I then ordered a jacket off the website and it arrived in a little plastic bag all folded up from a woman named Helen Helen in Rancho Cucamonga, California. What? It was no more than a cotton shirt. Total scam.

Took my money and never heard from them after numerous emails and phone calls. DON'T LOSE OR MONEY!

Be super aware. Ordered a pair of shoes. Didn't even come close to fitting and the quality was very cheap. Cool website and pics make everything seem upscale. So,I went to return and they make you ship everything to China. A pair of $66 shoes costs $80 to ship back. Then they offer you a discount to not return them and buy another pair. Very very shady. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

BEWARE! The product was not sized correctly. When attempting to return, they suggested "gifting" the product and a 50% off the purchase of the right size. REALLY? I will NEVER order from them again.

I ordered two denim jackets after seeing the online pictures on Avxnue‘s website. The material is anything but denim it’s cheap canvas like grocery sacks. This is a fraud clothing brand and company. I ask them to return and refund my money back but they won’t buzz. I warn you please don’t purchase anything from Avxnue!

What was pictured that I ordered and what was sent were two different pair of shoes. I received two shoes in plastic wrap from a women's home in California. I have emailed Avxnue Customer Service several times to return the shoes for a refund and gotten no response. So far, I don't really trust this company. My shoes a from China and they are nothing I would ever wear.

Absolutely not. The shirt we ordered from the website looks nothing like the photos. It's not even the right fabric. It looks like a cheap tablecloth material and it's not even the right size. Good luck trying to return it to China too. I should have known since there are no reviews on their items, and you can't leave one either.

Why can’t I give zero stars? Crappy company, crappy shirts and the worst customer service. I ordered XL shirts, they were medium at best. Returned them and the most they would refund me was 60%. Unbelievable. Oh and I think they were actually made of paper.

I wish I could give a zero rating - this is an absolutely horrible company to deal with. Shirts are not even close to correctly sized and as others have said, their customer service is a joke. They refuse to exchange and tell you to keep the shirts that don't fit and they will send more at 50% off...

I wish I'd read the reviews before getting sucked into buyer these poorly made shirts. I'll just be donating them at this point as I don't know anyone small enough to fit into their supposed XL shirts - not a nice way to lose $150

The photo's of the shirt appear it is high quality - and it says cotton, linen, polyester. Shirt arrived, and it is basically a polyester shirt of very poor quality, poor fitting. There are ZERO labels to indicate what it is made of, what size it is, or who makes it. Basically a fraudulent China firm. No way to speak to anyone to return.

Total SCAM! Total Garbage! Sizes are way too small. XXL wouldn't fit on a child. Materials are awful. Labels cut out. Not remotely what is pictured. Took 2 months to arrive. When I complained they wanted me to pay for shipping back to China, they offered to send me a gift card for more than I paid. I used the gift card, ordered larger sizes of different items, but the garbage they sent was even smaller and worse material! Do Not Shop here!!!!

Do not buy anything from this vendor. First of all, their Refund Policy is an absolute lie. They will not refund your purchase. Since they are based in China, their motivation is to get you to accept a partial refund and/or a gift certificate to their store. They do not want to pay to have anything mailed back to their location in China. They will say that they are trying to reduce emissions, but at the same time they will offer to send you replacement clothing of a different size or color.

It has been massively irritating to deal with these folks. Five times in an exchange I said that I wanted a refund and five times they have offered me only partial refunds, etc.

Do NOT buy anything from this vendor. Ever. You will never be able to return it, much less get a refund.

My rating would be zero stars if I could.

Crap crap, and more crap. Found on Instagram. Poor quality shirts, don’t even fit, return policy is a joke. Steer clear!!!
