There customer service was outstanding they took care of my problem right away.

I have been trying to order the250 American flag t shirt having trouble been getting a validation error after I fill everything out including my credit card info & clicking continue 1 of service people has been helping me now that I have a phone number I'm going to call you and see if I can get it there thanks jwf

Complete scam. Lied as what I was to receive. Very misleading.

Ok i was promised up to an 800 dollar Christmas box. All I received was a cheap plastic midget knife that's insane why did you do this to me? I was under the impression that I was to receive a box of tactical gear. Please honor your commitment. That's complete bullshit. Are you implying that i cant read? If that were an option that you say was do you think I'd pay 13bux for a midget plastic knife....im very dissatisfied and disappointed with your style of business. You're not what you claim to be and its a very damn crying shame that you're using the honor of veterans that made this country what it is to make your profits , my friend , you should go ahead and hang your head in shame. I'll be forwarding all my documents and experiences with you to my state senator and to the federal trade commission. Also to make it hurt me more my birthday is on Christmas day and that box was supposed to be special for me but I just got screwed. Thanks for nothing.

I put in an order and had a bad experience with another online shopping experience with a different vendor. then the fact I could not get a response from a real person was frustrating. That was on your site. but you did respond with refunding my account in a timely manner. I really want the first aid kit. I have received it and want to keep it. Now I need to know what to do next about the payment.

I was very impressed that the company took me at my word the the item was not really delivered as the email had stated. As soon as I got the notice of delivery, I went out to get it. It was nowhere to be found and none of the neighbors received it. The company said they were sorry it happend and were getting ready to send a replacement. I am eagerly awaiting as I think it would be a usefull tool for my emergency kit.

I was supposed to receive a veterans box with all kinds of goodies in it all I got was a knife, I wrote y'all and you wrote me telling me it was somehow my fault.
That's no way to treat a veteran or anyone else for that matter

Very fast response when emailed about a question. Good customer service

Ok I'm giving this rating due to the simple fact of the company's fast and very precise response along with a solution to the issue! Thank you once again!

My grandchild had my phone and accidentally placed an order. I sent an email explaining the situation, they canceled the order immediately and emailed me to let they had canceled the order . Everyone was so polite and courteous... I will be doing buisness with them really soon....

I totally love the items that I have received. Everything is well made and very good quality. I would recommend tactical promos to everybody. They are very professional and caring towards their customers. I will be ordering more items in the future. Thank you!

I just want to say that even though the order that I received was not all there they went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied and in today's world that seems to be a very difficult thing for companies to do. So because of that and with the merchandise being such top quality stuff, I can't help but to get a five-star review. I really enjoy this company and hope to do a lot more business with them

With thee exception of starting a subscription without my knowledge, was not cool. But everything else was good. I have always gotten everything I ordered so I am satisfied.

I was trying to buy 2 boxes with my cash app card just in case it was an subscription even though they claimed no subscription, only 1 time payment. My cash app card was rejected by the company. That was my red flag not to buy anything. They want a bank card so they can easily get your money, with a cash app it's easy to cancel. No reason to reject cash app when buying one thing! Dodged that bullet lol

I've been getting stuff from them for years. Everything I have got was Top quality things. And if I had a problem there Customer Service Personal was right on top of it. They would replace or you could something different. They always want you to be satisfied. Never had one problem in years of business. I give them 5 stars. Amen

Got a small shoulder bag for 4.99. it was a little and smaller than expected but will work for my needs.

I had placed an order for the mystery box and as I was scrolling through the website I accidentally tapped the widget to subscribe. Of course I couldn't go back and undo it. I tried contacting them via telephone but didn't get a response. Those things happen. I found their website page where you can email them if you have any problems or questions regarding your subscription or orders. I sent them an email explaining what happened. Within hours I got an email back refunding my charges. This is EXCELLENT customer service and to be honest I hated to cancel. I'm on a fixed income and just couldn't afford it at the moment. I will, however, resubscribe as soon as I can afford it. Considering my experience with them this time I can honestly say these people are on point to do business with. If their products are as good as their customer service you can rest assured it's worth every penny you spend with them. Thanks to the team at MyTacticalpromos 👍👍👍

Great customer service. Had to make a return and they we're very helpful and made my return very quick and easy.
Thank you!

They immediately sent me an answer to one question and then used my picture to explain the other.
