Ordering was easy. Products took a reasonable amount of time for delivery and because of a credit card issue, I ended up with too much product. Returns were made very easy.

I ordered several items from My Tactical Promos. About 10 days later, I received notification through the shop app That the orders were being shipped. However, the app couldn't provide packing lists. I emailed my technical promos.To my surprise, the company responded the same day and was very helpful. I haven't received the orders yet, but I anticipate they will be quality items. I've been impressed by the customer service you provide. Thanks!

It would be nice to go straight to the payment page instead of going through the other pop-up pages asking to buy extra stuff.

I got the promotional box and only paid $15 for shipping personally I liked the box definitely could use some of the items but others were maybe not the best like thing i wouldn’t buy and actually the small flashlight was broken. I’d buy again but maybe want to see if upgrading could bring the kinda cooler or more practical items I am looking for.

I was pleased with the mystery box and the items inside, especially the small taclight it is brighter than I had thought. I will be doing business with y'all again. Thank you.

First box ive ordered and so far the content inside looks well made good quality and would definitely recommend the tactical box to my freinds and family.

I have received many free gifts and I only have to pay for shipping. The gear is amazing and the orders arrive fast. Customer service is extremely helpful and is very professional. I've ordered many knives, flash lights and alot of other amazing products.

The items I received were nice but I only got a portion of what I was supposed to get... my package was not secure and all my items were not in the sack.

Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast. Promo of free box just pay shipping was a great way to test the waters. Items were a bit "gimmicky" but overall the value was there. The "tactical" flashlight I would argue isn't that tactical...plastic, low lumen flood light that's has to cycle through 5 modes before getting to off. Looks "tactical" but isn't truly. Tactical pen, basic muti use pen with extra ink. Carbide tip, low lumen pen light, writing utensil, screwdriver...ok to throw in the car and might get used in a pinch. A write in the rain or tombow would be less expensive but pressurized ink cartridge pen would be more "tactical." Sling shot...fun toy. Handsaw will definitely get put in the trunk if it handles some light work on a small branch when tested. Probably the most useful thing someone may not think to buy on their own. Value is there when actual numbers are crunched, but I think quality and brand namescould probably increase without hurting the bottom line, but I'm not running the business so that is an assumption. I might stick around to see one more box, or might cancel right away, nit 100% sure at the moment, but leaning towards cancelling. Positive company view for ease and honesty.

I was confused on the box size, but over all I was really impressed and excited about opening it. My 2 boys really like to stuff that came in it.

I just received. I was supposed to get 15 boxes Father’s Day whatever and I guess a Trump whatever I don’t know I just knew it was supposed to be 15 boxes of tactical things and all I received was pretty much the same as I’ve gotten already knives can opener drinking tube. I was not too happy with what I got but it is what it is. I got maybe 10 things I thought a box was like a whole thing not just one piece, but the first box I got that made me order. More boxes was great but then well this is my third time ordering and like I said, I got pretty much same things as I did the first two times.

this company says no BS. well they are slap full of BS. I went to order the Trump mystery box 2.0 fill my information out and click next at the bottom. then it changed the page to credit card payment. I procrastinated filling it out. I then get an email saying come back to the Trump mystery box 2.0 and we have a final offer for you. pay for shipping for two get one free and it shows a picture of the box with all these little things in it claiming you get this and that and all the stuff worth this and that well it's a bunch of bs because as soon as you fill info out again and click next to the pay page, it portrays the images that you're getting the box but if you look closely it says gift and not box on the second page but on the first page it says box. I ordered three of them and I received three stupid gifts, instead of boxes, that are basically worthless. they're liars because they portrayed the image of something different being sent. the singular word gift becomes gifts when you buy more than one so that's what they hide behind like the trash they are. I will be posting this all over the internet and I will use AI to help me. this message is real and I'm not bs-ing. fix it and I'll take it all down. I paid $36 for 3 pieces of crap worth about a dollar a piece high retail.

Well I never received the confirmation email on my purchase I contacted the customer support and I haven't gotten that out of yet because it's on backorder and this is over a month now
