Great service

The tv mount was delivered timely and worked as described but did not suit my needs. The return was handled smoothly, professionally and with courtesy. The purchase and subsequent interactions were very pleasant and appreciated. AV Gear Shop is highly recommended.

This isn’t hyperbole nor am I getting anything from posting this. The communication, the price, the speed, the efficiency of delivery and the product all exceeded my expectations. Who are the people behind AV Gear? They truly are special.

Ordered direct online and was shipped…

Ordered direct online and was shipped and received about 24 hours later. I purchased a wall tv mount and reached out for help on installation and got a quick response. Ultimately it did not fit my tv and they processed the refund very quickly once I returned the item. Just fantastic service!

First they said the order shipped

First they said the order shipped, waited for two weeks so I decided to check the tracking number and it said delivered but we did not receive it. We end up following up with Canada Post and turned out that the tracking number given to us by the seller was wrong. We contacted seller right away to find out what happened to our order and requested an immediate refund but the shipper refused to process the refund prior investigating even though it was clear that error happened on their end. We end up getting a refund and an email confirming that the seller made a mistake and end up Not even shipping our items out. The seller also increased the pricing immediately of the items purchased making it a lot more expensive to repurchase again. We are extremely unhappy with the seller. Completely unacceptable.
