Staff went above and beyond helping me secure the product I wanted

The size chart is pretty accurate and the fabric quality is quite impressive for the price. I just do not know how long it will last or if the color will fade away.

Shipping was a little slow but I am still a very satisfied customer. I received a brand name quality set of speakers at a great price. We just installed them and they sound awesome. Thank you Avgearshop.

I ordered a pair of HiFiMan Sundaras on Oct 20, 2022 from AVGearShop through amazon.
The next day Amazon had the Canada Post tracking number, but no updates were ever made.

The package was expected to have arrived on the 31st of October, but at that point there were no updates on Amazon indicating why the package had not arrived yet.

I attempted to search the tracking number in Canada Post and create a support ticket for the issue, but from Canada Post's perspective the shipper never sent them the item, only the electronic shipping information. The exact message from Canada Post is as follows:
"We are unable to proceed with your Service Ticket. A shipping label has been generated but the item has not been received by Canada Post. Check back in Track for further updates."

About a week ago, I attempted to contact AVGearShop via their website's contact form. I never received a response by email. Today, Nov 17, I sent another such inquiry on their site, and also attempted to call their office at 15:40. No-one picked up the phone after 3 attempts of calling them, even though their own automated answering machine states that on Thursdays, they close at 16:30.

My shipment never arrived, Canada Post has no idea what happend to it, and as far as I can tell AVGearShop never even shipped the item that I purchased. Terrible experience.

Fast shipping, product as advertised.

Excellent, easy to assemble and good quality

I bought the FS-MD47-WH Floor Standing Motorized Height Adjustable Office Desk and I'm very satisfied with the purchase. It is exactly as seen in the photo. The desk has the perfect size and color (is ivory white) and it works great. I love that the corners of the table are rounded. The shipping service was excellent: the table arrived in the estimated time and in perfect condition. Assembling the table took longer than I thought because the instructions are not very clear, but once the table is assembled it is perfect. I also highlight the excellent customer service that answered my pre-purchase questions quickly and accurately (Thanks Bryson!).

I wanted to buy some products but could not get them into my cart. I emailed support and they advised as to how many of the products were in stock so as to know the quantity I could buy. They later checked their warehouse and advised that more stock was available so I went ahead and purchased more. They also advised me on how to combine shipping. Great customer service all round

Ordered a Boost Industries standing desk, and it arrived the next day. Desk is exactly as per the description and pictures, would order from this shop again.

delivered on time. product received as promised.

Great, fab, awesome!

I wanted to order two refurbished speakers to match the ones i already had which have long since been discontinued by the manufacturer. I was a bit skeptical as i have been burnt before. I contacted them by email asking about their return policy if they weren't up to my standards. They replied very quickly assuring me i could return them if i wasn't satisfied. So i placed my order and 10 days later they arrived. They were in great shape and i am very happy. I will order from them again.

bought a triple monitor arm, works great!

Ordered speaker stands for my Sonos. Better than I thought and shipping was super fast.
Definitely will purchase from them again.

Bought the Boost Industries FS-OD35A-WH Air Lift Height Adjustable Compact Office Desk with 35" Ergonomic Top (White). Desk arrived very quickly. Box was pretty banged up and ripped in spots but zero damage to the desk, thankfully. Was easy to assemble and works perfectly. Excellent pricing. Very pleased.

Fast shipping, great prices and quality product.
