Not professional
I’m writing this because of a bad experience.
I couldn’t pick the prescription up because there isn’t a signature. The pharmacy has faxed you in this morning already. However no one got back to the pharmacy the prescription with a signature. I was not told anything from you until I showed up to the pharmacy. I was not able to pick it up. I made a trip to the pharmacy for this one reason. I wasted my time and gas. What do you think about people's valuable time?

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the inconvenience this caused. We understand how frustrating it is to go to the pharmacy and not be able to pick up your prescription.
Prescriptions are normally sent with the doctor’s signature, and our system is designed not to fax prescriptions without one. We also send a text message after a prescription has been faxed.
That said, we cannot discuss private health matters publicly here, and we are unable to confirm your identity based on this review. This app is a lifesaver
This app is a lifesaver, just moved back to bc and had no dr until this app. Dr Yetunde eribake has been so helpful and supportive and understanding. I always use her for appointments when and if I can for my medication needs.
