I was sooo frustrated. I had spent money hand over fist trying to install Microsoft Office with other stores. There was no one to help, unless you call a bot that wants money up front for assistance.
Then, as a last ditch effort, I went with Aussie Outlet. Should’ve gone there first.
Not only did I receive a text from a team person - Lachlan - the moment I placed the order, he put up with my frustration and guided me through the process.
People - don’t go anywhere else!!!!

This was my first purchase from Aussie Software and after purchasing Office 2021 I was unable to access it so I spoke with Lachlan and we worked through why there were issues. He was very patient as it took some time to determine the problem (W365) and once that was sorted everything was fine! Thanks so much - I can highly recommend this business for sure...

The 24/7 chat was amazingly helpful. The key was sent immediately after payment was verified and I have a RETAIL product, which is awesome. Just be aware, however, the site says they accept PayPal, but they do not due to PayPal costs (I understand and was happy to use another payment method after this was explained to me). But thoroughly recommend this site for purchases.

I recently bought Windows 10 Pro from here, and the prices were excellent compared to other websites. There were issues with receiving follow-up emails containing the product key, but once I contacted customer services, things were fixed in a couple of minutes. Thankful to Lachlan for the polite and quick interaction.
