What incredible service I received today. I ordered office for my new computer which had no email link. I chatted with them and they organized the payment, the download, helped me remove the trial version and organize my desktop all through the chat. You just don't expect this brilliant service from a download company especially when the price is so reasonable. Amazing!

My old MacBook Pro hard drive failed lost everything. And to try and get another word for Mac was becoming a head ache. Mike did some searching and found 2016 would work (after 2 hours of discussion) installed and running excellent service and knowledgeable Greg.
