Picked up Windows 11 Pro from Aussie Software Outlet after a mate recommended them. Activation worked first go and customer support actually replied like real people instead of robots. Rare these days.

My experience did not meet expectations at all. The service looked promising at first, but once I started using it, I ran into problems that were not handled properly.

Customer support was slow, and it was difficult to get clear answers. This made the entire process frustrating and time-consuming.

I think there is potential, but right now, there are too many issues that need improvement.
