I encountered an issue while updating my MS 365 license, and Lachlan was extremely helpful in resolving it. His concise and clear guidance allowed me to overcome the obstacle and successfully complete the update. Additionally, the wide range of software options and competitive pricing offered by Aussie Pilot have ensured that I will consider them for any future software needs.

Initial query with regard to compatibility with ARM Snapdragon architecture responded to quickly. Download was seamless. Couple of queries with regard to set up were answered immediately via the chat. Extremely happy with overall experience.

I was contacted by Aussie Software Outlet after adding my experience via Trustpilot and was given a username and password for Microsoft Office Home 2024, which was what I purchased. The username ended in @365work.org and the password looked nothing like a product key. Anyway, I was uncomfortable using these details so I asked for a refund, for which I was given in-full.

Full points for giving a refund, but I feel the experience for me could have been seamless from the start and no red flags would have been raised.

The process was complicated and product was misleading. I had to chase communications and still have unanswered questions. Not worth the headache.

Purchased Office 2024, installation was seamless, teething with activation but great support via email, answered promptly and activation successful. Prompt, value for money, and great support.

Lachlan was super helpful. As I have not installed new products or programs for quite a while I was a bit of a plodder. Lachlan stayed with me via text and I got the installation and verification completed. Thank you Lachlan from Jackie H. in Chatswood NSW 17 Feb’26.

I had purchased the wrong version of Office. Lachlan was very patient with me and spent a lot of time online with me talking me through how to fix my mistake. What great service at a very reasonable price. Thank you

My experience was absolutely fantastic. I went on Chat and was contacted immediately by Lachlan. I asked a lot of questions and Lachlan answered them all professionally. He guided to which product to purchase which I did. He guided me through the whole process of activating the product I purchased and he stayed on the Chat answering my questions, the entire time. He was very helpful and professional. I am very happy as now I can actually download all my school work without any problems.

Got a key that didn't work, contacted support to let them know. Got no response. Just scammed me of my money.

I am an 80 year old reasonably tech savvy who needed to upgrade a 10 year old version of Word: Excel; Powerpoint etc. to a new Laptop that I bought.
Aussie were extremely helpful, and talked me thru the entire process.

Thanks to Aussie Software for your response to my initial concerns, as listed below, and for your offer of Office 2021 to enable Publisher to be included. I have since found an app that will read my old publisher files if I need them, so to keep it simple, I'll move away from Publisher and not worry about changing to Office 2021... but I do thank you for the offer. The other issue, I humbly admit, was because I had my privacy settings set to preclude online data from MS, hence the help file, templates etc did not work. That is now fixed.
I have updated the rating up to 5 stars in light of the seller's efforts to set things right.

While the office package basically works, there are 3 areas that disappointed me. 1) whilst the sales site advertised Paypal, it actually wasn't an available option. 2) the package specifically included Publisher, but that wasn't included. Now I know that Publisher is being discontinued, but it was included in the ad, so should've been included. 3) A number of features, including the Help menu, tells me the feature has been locked and to see my IT administrator. A bit disappointed that I didn't quite get what was advertised.

Purchased the microsoft office family lifetime subscripton and received order confirmation straight away.

The order confirmation didn't provide the activation code I so I used the 24/7 chat after waiting 6 hours and they were quick to respond.

Sent me step by step activation instructions thru chat and it all went smoothly.

Would use again.

Installed the product and with Lachlan's support it was very easy to install. Would recommend again !!

I purchased a supposed “lifetime” Microsoft Office licence from this company. To be fair, they were helpful at the beginning and assisted me with the initial activation, which worked.

However, when my old laptop died and I tried to reinstall the software on my new laptop, the key would not activate. Microsoft told me directly that the key had reached its maximum activations, even though I had only ever activated it once and used it for only a few months.

My permanent microsoft licence that I purchased from Aussie software stopped working and I was told there is nothing that could be done.
(Unable to respond to seller comments but my review does relate to Aussiesoftwareoutlet, not another company and this was my experience).

In response to latest message from aussiesodtwareoutlet, a refund would be great.

I have purchased many softwares and programs from Aussie Software and would strongly recommend.

When I had an issue on my latest purchase their support network was extremely helpful and assisted me above and beyond to get the software working on my Mac. Right till the end till everything was working as it should.
