I cannot fault Aussie Software at all. They are extremely helpful. I needed a new Office product, not only did I purchase from them but their customer service (Lachlan) stayed on line with me the entire time to make sure I had everything working.

I found it a very affordable way to install Microsoft Office on my pc.
I did have some difficulty installing it but with the help of Lachlan on the chat, it is now up and running.

I purchased a Windows 11 home key. The key didnt work, it had been used on another device.

I contacted Aussie software outlet, after two days, I received an email asking what key I was sent, so I replied within seconds, there was no reply. I waited 12hrs and sent another email, asking if there was any more info I could provide and still haven't got a response.

Update, I did eventually receive a key that worked. It just took a few emails on my behalf, before they replied.

My software was available pretty quickly asnd worked like a charm. Thanks for the savings

I purchased a new desktop 01/08/25 to replace an aged laptop and after a prolonged bad experience with another online company, I was ever so grateful to stumble on to Aussie Software Outlet (ASO). The 'bad experience' caused no end of problems impeding installation of ASO's product. Although it was getting late in the evening and hours had past (quite literally), Lachlan remained committed and patient with this 60-year-old, incompetent. Fortunately, I have a family member with ++degrees in IT, who remotely got into my brand new computer, fixing the result of my 'bad experience' and ASO's product was installed without issue 01/09/25. I work from home and being without a computer for a month took a big toll on my business. If it hadn't been for Lachlan at ASO I would still be struggling. Don't go anywhere else for software products. There are some real sharks out there, but Aussie Software Outlet is reputable and reliable, providing service over and above anything I have ever experienced, I cannot shout their praise loud enough. I have my new computer working and wish I had discovered Aussie Software Outlet earlier!!! Thank you, Lachlan. Ever grateful.
