I paid for a software product and never received it. I contacted the email address on numerous occasions but I was never sent the product.

The vendor stated that their email may have ended up in my junk folder. I don't think so, I did check my junk/spam folder in case they sent something to me.

I eventually received the license key on 19th August.

I had ordered a Win 11 Pro licence for my VMWare Win 11 Pro, which upgraded to 24H2, and the new version refused to recognise the previous licence number, perhaps because it was part of a Volume licence. Anyhow, purchased a new licence through Aussie, but it didn't work either. Sent an email to Aussie, and Lachlan responded within a few hours with a new licence number, which worked. That is the fastest online customer service I've had. Cheers.
