After a shocking experience with a VERY cheap overseas Office 2021 deal (basically a scam) I came here with some trepidation. I need not have worried. While they are perhaps not quite the cheapest, the installation worked like a dream, I was able to immediately activate using the provided key, AND the famous "Lachlan" mentioned in so many other reviews responded to my one or two questions immediately and clearly. I can't recommend these guys highly enough! Keep up the great work!

I had to read the reviews before I purchased. I did buy and became dubious at first, as I thought the link sent in the email to download software was not working, only to realise some time later that it was still downloading on my PC. When I thought the link initially was not working, I sent a chat to Lachlan to which he responded straight away and provided help to identify the issue. When in fact there was no issue, I just needed to wait for the download to happen. I then ran setup and then opened Word which then asked for the key. Entered key voila all is up and running. It is actually too easy. Thanks Lachlan

Was a bit hesitant purchasing online as there a number of scams online .

Purchasing from Aussie Software Outlet saved me hundreds of dollars in purchasing Microsoft Office licenses . Instead of purchasing them from Officeworks purchased the same product and got it all activated thru Microsoft.

Bought a new laptop lately and I did not want to pay yearly MS office 365 subscription. My friend told me there was still one-off purchase MS office license available, so did some research and found MS Office 2021 on ASO website with very competitive price. So I bought it and got prompt and quality service from Lachlan during the installation process.

I usually think that at least a high percentage of the five stars are done by the business owner. I am not tech-savvy but I purchased the Office Pro Plus 2021 for my new Acer Laptop from these guys and needed help installing. It's a Saturday up here on the NSW North Coast and I thought I'd leave a chat note asking for assistance thinking I'd continue installing on Monday. I unexpectedly received a reply back from Lachlan within about fifteen minutes or so and he stuck with me and helped my low-tech brain install it over the next 50 minutes or so (a lot of the delay due to my lack of knowledge). Cannot praise these guys high enough especially Lachlan.

Forget purchasing at a rip off Harvey Norman for Microsoft Office . Downloaded Microsoft Office and activated my software on the Microsoft servers without any problems .

Thanks guys for saving me $ for a lifetime office product and not some stupid subscription.

I had some issues with installing an Office product because my new computer came preinstalled with a version of Office. Lauchlan was onto my problem straight away even on a Friday evening. Could not be happier I expected to have to wait until Monday for a response. I think with that sort of service there should be a six star rating. Use this company is all I can say. Had I brought this from one of the big box stores I doubt I would have gotten this level of support and at an amazing price.

I was a bit concerned to start with, but the guys at Aussiesoftware were really friendly and very helpful. Had a very small bit of trouble installing, but again the guys helped out .... in a few moments I was up and running. Great price, software works, and overall very easy.

I purchased a license for Microsoft Office.
Process was simple and well explained.
The link and activation codes worked perfectly.

I purchased M/S Office 2021 Pro online from Aussie software on 23/11/23. Thanks to the extensive text advice and direction over a period of several hours, that Lachlan provided, the software is successfully installed and workingl well. These people are legit. I personally found the download process from the payment email a bit confusing, and although Lachlan eventually sorted me by text, I reckon about 5 minutes on the phone would have saved a lot of time with the same successful result.
