I’ve bought software from a few places over the years and this was probably one of the smoother experiences. No dramas at all.

Was expecting a bit of a headache getting everything set up, but it turned out to be straightforward. Activated fine and working perfectly.

grabbed Office 2024 off Aussie Software Outlet after seeing the prices at Officeworks which were an absolute rip off. Thought it sounded too good to be true but everything checked out perfectly. Download came direct from Microsoft and activation worked first go

I had issues with my PC with Win11 Pro not being active ? So I had a look around and thought it would be far easier to get another key. Purchased the key online though Aussieoutlet.com and easy as. I had some issues but in the end all good and the price was better than I expected.

The pricing was excellent, but what made it a really good experience was the prompt and effective chat support when the digitally delivered order wasn't quite as expected. Would recommend.

Bought a "genuine version" of Microsoft Office, download off them, after a month it stopped working, couldn't get back on, reached out to them for support, but everything they told me to do, didn't work. After giving them my mobile number, and still not hearing from them for a week, I decided enough was enough, got in touch with my bank to cancel the transaction and posted a bad review on Trustpilot. All of a sudden, they wanted to help, calling me and emailing me, even refunding my money. For this I commend them, and will bump them up to 3 stars, but geez, is that the lengths we have to go to, just to get the help we were promised? Please do better for the next person.
