The whole process was unbelievably easy, the gentleman I had on the other end of the phone was very friendly polite and super helpful. Any questions I had, he explained nothing with Aura was over complicated. They definitely would get a 10 out of 10.

It’s a difficult choice,and having to make it is something that a lot of people put off.When I enquired about a plan with you,I was immediately put at ease by Matt,and he answered all the questions I asked,and with absolutely no pressure to buy the plan. Great service in setting up my Cremation only plan.
The gentleman (He had an American accent) who I spoke with was very helpful and very patient. He explained everything in detail and didn't attempt to pressure me in any way. He even went over points I had been meaning to ask but had forgotten. Somebody followed up to make arrangements with me for e free Will writing service. I'm not quite ready to pop my clogs just yet, but when the time comes I'm reassured that I shall be getting a first class service.

Aura is an exceptionally professional and compassionate company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend...they know exactly how lightly to tread under the trying circumstances for their customers, while still putting everything in place with impeccable timing and care...in my case Tracy was a superb guide throughout and unburdened me of one of the heavier aspects of my late father's passing with aplomb...many thanks indeed.

A sigh of relief.
The initial enquiry was dealt with a pleasant helpful manner. All options were explained and did not feel under any pressure. Quick and efficient. Incorrect documents initially sent but soon replaced after a very apologetic telephone conversation.

Family friendly service…
I reviewed several companies before settling on Aura's family friendly service. The cost was an important consideration and the all inclusive, no hidden extras plan, was a definite plus. The application was straightforward and the staff helpful and friendly. Being able to pay in instalments with no added interest was a bonus. I would highly recommend this plan.
