We had a problem with an ATM pergola…
We had a problem with an ATM pergola which was installed by others so contacted ATM who arranged for a technician to visit to check the installation and re-calibrate the remote.
We met Thomas Brown and his colleague today and Thomas came across as very professional and helpful explaining the situation which they promptly sorted out for us. Thomas is a credit to ATM and would ask that you pass on our thanks and appreciation to him

Absolutely fantastic pergola
Absolutely fantastic pergola. We paid for our 4X3 metre pergola to be built and installed by ATM. Very well built, we had a small issue which was completely rectified and we have been using it above our hot tub. Creates brilliant shade when shut.
Really pleased with what we have purchased.
Many years of happiness ahead!!!

The storage was delivered well and was…
The storage was delivered well and was easy to put together however for the top of the range it is lacking. The lid on the box has lovely gas powered struts that are balanced well but a light breeze blows the lid open this is where the liner bag should do its job. The liner zip is very poor quality and is already parting without anything inside, any pressure and it is going to break so when moisture does get in the cushions will be ruined.
For £599 I would have expected the finishing touches to be up to scratch.

Excellent customer service
We purchase some outdoor furniture and one piece out of five was not delivered. Having given up the morning from work to receive the items we very peeved but ATM nonetheless responded really well. Responsive, prompts and polite. Excellent customer service, despite the missing goods (and we understand that stuff happens), so would definitely recommend and use ATM in future.

Poor quality for the price
Ordered a cover for an outdoor sofa but disappointed by the quality and poor value for money. The company has given me a replacement but not a refund as I didn't fulfill their T&C's.

Amazing service
Amazing service. The after service has been great. We had a couple of issues after assembling the pergola, but with the help and support from customer services we managed to rectify the problem. I would like to advise the problem was not due to product it was due to the person assembling it for us. After this experience I would highly recommend you pay the extra for the assembly of the product by the company. However I’m really pleased and grateful at the support and help from the customer service for helping us rectify it when really they didn’t need to.
I will definitely be looking to purchase from here again in the future.

No Regrets
When you order online from a place for the first time you are hoping the item will look as good as it does in the picture. The coffee table I ordered turned out to be much better than the photo -- heavy and very handsome. I am very pleased with the item and think it is very good value too.

In May 2024 I bought online a MAZE…
In May 2024 I bought online a MAZE Rectangular aluminum parasol 2m x 3m from ATMLIVING at a cost of 90 pounds.
Due to the inclemency of our famous UK weather, the parasol has spent the vast part of it's very short life in it's box in my garage.
On the occasional time we have used the parasol we have found it vey easy to fix in place and erect. It also appears very pleasant on the eye in conjunction with our real wood table and chairs.
However, this last Sunday August 11th 2024 we decided to give the parasol an airing. After all it was one of the hottest days of the summer to date and a very pleasant gentle breeze (as confirmed by BBC weather).
I went on an errand and within 30 minutes my wife called me to say that the parasol had snapped in two halves on the upright.
I hurried home and found that at the tilt mechanism it had snapped off and was lying on the top of the table.
Naturally, as the parasol was only a few months old and seldom used, I contacted the supplier (ATM Living) to explain what had happened, confident that their guarantee would cover a new like-for-like replacement for an obviously faulty product.
I have received an email back from this company to inform me that they had been in touch with the manufacturer who informed them that there was nothing wrong with the product and it had been subject to some accident or wind and on these grounds were not prepared to do anything to sort the problem out!
I do not normally follow up on items that have failed as I am reasonable in my grading of reaction. However, as a matter of principal this had to be posted to save any more people that may be let down by this company/product.
So much for customer satisfaction!!!

I can see that on the 11th August, you emailed the team to make them aware of damage to your 3m x 2m Rectangular Parasol. As per our Terms and Conditions, we requested images of the Parasol so this could be investigated further. Once the images were received ATM did investigate this and also passed the images over to our manufacturer so we could determine the reasoning for this damage.
From the images provided by you, we can see that the Parasol was broken around the tilt Mechanism. The metal casing was still completely intact however this has snapped from inside, which would only occur if the parasol has been open and caught in strong winds which would have snapped inside the metal tilt mechanism. As confirmed by ATM and our manufacturer, this is not a manufacturing fault and has been caused by accidental damage.
We are happy to help wherever possible as customer satisfaction is important to us however our manufacturing guarantee does not cover any accidental damage and due to this, this is not something we would replace for you free of charge.

Solar sphere
Ordering to delivery was good. I thought the packaging could have been slightly sturdier but everything was fine. You can either have the solar sphere indoors or out doors, mine is outdoors, it is really bright and charges up with no problems and I love watching it changing colours.

Fairly good. Delivery took longer than expected. They drop ship from Gallery Direct for a lot of items so I don't think they have much control over this.

Parts Missing and Items Yet to be received after 4 months
I ordered a pergola with two 3m curtains in April ……the pergola arrived and the sides were lost in delivery (I’m still waiting on the two 3m curtains!!!) ……I then ordered a 4m curtain which came without the bits to fit it……I keep being promised they’re coming but are yet to arrive.
