I'm delighted with my recent purchase. The delivery service was excellent, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish arriving in under 10 days of ordering.

After delivery, I noticed a few marks on the three-seater chair and table. I contacted customer services, and they responded quickly and professionally. They were understanding and offered a fair resolution, which I was very happy with.

It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and stands behind its products. The quality of the furniture is great, and the level of service from ordering through to aftercare has been excellent.

I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Thank you for such a positive experience!

My experience with Casa Maria is amazing from the moment I bought the product to the moment I had an issue with one of the privacy windscreen protection that I bought which seem to be faulty. After Steve recommendation our installer had fixed the issue and we can enjoy the windscreen.Delivery service as promised on time and the quality of the product and aftercare is worth the price 👌

From my initial enquiry until my pergola was installed I received excellent service.

I am absolutely delighted with Casa Maria and the 3m x3m pergola which was delivered to us 4 days ago. Right from the beginning to the delivery all my questions were dealt with great professionalism. At no point was I pressurised into a quick sale. Daniel especially talked me through the entire process explaining everything. Advice was given at every stage. My husband and I are both over 75yrs and appreciate the time spent explaining everything. The pergola itself is absolutely beautiful and of a high standard.
A huge thank you also to the SPA Lux Group who delivered and installed the pergola. The 2 young men Tom and Lachlan arrived on time, installed the pergola and tidied up after the finished job. They spent time with us explaining the lights and blinds.
We have been so very impressed with both companies that the day after it was erected we decided to purchase the sliding doors. I could highly recommend these companies to anyone considering purchasing a pergola. The pergola is of the highest quality.

We have not yet assembled our garden furniture, as awaiting a new patio.
The company were excellent to deal with, keeping us posted all the time.
On the expected delivery date we were able to track the driver and so knew exactly when he would arrive.
The driver was very pleasant and helpful, putting the boxes into the garage for us.

Well made, sturdy pergola, which was constructed proficiently.
The motorised louvres work well, the blinds are smooth running and the LED lights are very pretty.
A great deal for the price.

The most annoying thing about this whole experience was the inability to contact Casa Maria (No phone number given). The Chat Bot didn't answer either leaving me totally in the dark once the original Pergola was returned due to damage. If it was not for the fitters, who by the way were excellent, twice, I would have asked for my money back. The product is good, contact useless, the fitters good and the free patio heater useless (broke already) and not worth the money quoted.

This is a lengthy but honest review so please read !!!.

When I first looked into purchasing a pergola, of course top of Google search came up as Casa Maria Aluminium louvered roof pergola.
My first instincts were great let's get one and measured the patio to see what size would fit. Initially I thought great the 3m x 4m with louvered roof , three retractable blinds and free patio heater sounds perfect.
Me having a bit of OCD started to look into everything , from reviews from every possible website right down to the quality , grade and strength of the Aluminium used in the construction.
This is when I hesitated, not because of the quality and construction but because of the reviews. Even though there were only two or three one star reviews and hundreds of four and five star reviews this was enough for me to think it's too good to be true.
This is when my wife never spoke a truer word and said. If you buy something and like it you never tend to leave a review, but as soon as there's a problem we're so quick to leave a negative comment !!

So to cut a very long story shorter lol. I asked Casa Maria to call me and I spoke to Daniel who was extremely helpful explaining everything and reassured me as to delivering waiting times and refunds.
I then bit the bullet purchasing the 3m x4m Aluminium pergola with louvered roof, three blinds and free patio heater and I can honestly say that it was the best decision I made.
I don't know what went on with the people that had a bad experience with Casa Maria, but I can only say that the Sales service, delivery team and time scales along with the aftercare have been exemplary. I could go on but feel it would sound more and more like a fake review which it is absolutely NOT.
The photos should say it all and I'd 1000% do it again. Thanks for reading and thank you Casa Maria for an efficient and supportive service.

We recently purchased a patio dining set from Casa Maria, expecting the high level of quality the brand is known for. Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing.
Firstly, the finish on the dining set appears to be far too thin. We kept the set covered, but normal, light friction caused by the cover rubbing against the edges in moderate wind was enough to rub the paint right off.
Secondly, the free cover provided with the set (which is listed as having a £75 value) is extremely thin and flimsy. It tore easily during a brief spell of wind, offering very little actual protection for the furniture.
While I can only speak from my own personal experience, the combination of delicate paintwork and an easily damaged cover falls well short of expectations. I expected far better durability and craftsmanship from Casa Maria.

Great value for money and would definitely recommend the product and Casa Maria. Our garden furniture came quicker than expected and in perfect condition. We had a slight problem as the free Oxford cover was missing. We emailed Casa Maria with the details and photos of all the furniture received and within a couple of days the cover was dispatched.

The problem was dealt with quickly and professionally.

The furniture arrived flat packed but was very easy to assemble. Looks great in our garden. Just need some nice weather so we can enjoy it.

Casa Maria pergola is a quality product and spa provided great service!
