So far so good, had little trouble to get the product delivered, however as promised they followed up and it arrived today in their 48 hour service. Once I open the product which is the Fire place 2000 I will come back and comment.

The pergola is exactly as I’d hoped it would be. I had a few questions prior to ordering and Sophie was extremely helpful in answering these. Communication was good regarding delivery and installation and both the delivery and installation teams were great. I couldn’t ask for more!

Be ready to wait a long time for your order
From the time we ordered to delivery and installation was far to long the summer had come and gone, ordered at the end of May installation end of September far to long will never buy anything from this company again very poor communication and waiting times.

Unfortunately when an item is a Pre-Order as per our website information dates can slightly fluctuate, our policy at the moment is to not give a confirmed and definitive date until stock has arrived.
Our website also advises 4-8 weeks for installation from your item being in stock.
We have all information directly on our website to advise customers our processes prior to purchasing.
We are sorry that these dates were not suitable for you.
