Poor Customer Service
Just be honest with timescales.I made the order online and then read the small print in the T&Cs afterwards.I called to cancel the order I had just made as it said some of the items could take up to 12 weeks to arrive.After to speaking with Sophie she advised the remainder of the order would be in by late December which was roughly 5-6 weeks so kept the order on.We received the goods in early March and then it took numerous phone calls to get someone to come back and fit the remainder.I also paid for the bolt down service and the guy who came out originally put one bolt in each leg and said he would put the rest of them in when he returned to finish the pergola.This is still outstanding.

Apologies that our stock time scales were not suitable for you. But we must clarify that our small print / T's&C's do not state stock takes up to 12 weeks to arrive, this is incorrect information. Maybe you have misread the information regarding replacement parts? Apologies for any confusion.
Unfortunately not all stock on our website is ready for immediate delivery, which is clearly stated on our product pages with an ETA for arrival. Some items at the time of ordering were Pre-order items, therefore had to be delivered separately. This detail was all advised via email the date of ordering , and you opted for the separate delivery of items that were ready for delivery immediately, and a second delivery when the rest of the items were in stock.
I can also see that the completion of bolting is also arranged to be completed this week.
Apologies that you did not find this suitable for your needs but we do believe we were honest via our website detail and our customer service email correspondence.

Pleased with the quality of the Zeus
Pleased with the quality of the Zeus, had a few issues with the instructions so it took a lot longer to put up than stated. Sophie in customer service was very helpful in trying to resolve the issues we had and sent Thomas, who was extremely efficient. He was very understanding and gave excellent service, making sure everything was resolved.

This was a tale of two halves.
Our Galaxy 4x3m pergola was installed a week ago and we are very pleased with the end result. However before we reached the installation stage, we experienced several delivery issues. The blind was delivered with no tracking. Just turned up unexpectedly but were fortunately at home. the pergola should have been dispatched at the same time though this didn't happen. With a week before installation date it was then dispatched but then was lost in transit. Delivery was three days late which therefore caused a new installation date 2 weeks later. A small refund was given for this inconvenience. Thomas and his assistant were great with the installation of our pergola and they went above and beyond by offering some assistance to our next door neighbours with their pergola (supplied by a different company).
The end product exceeds our expectation we are and very pleased with the excellent finish and look, the whisper quiet motorised roof and the excellent ambient lighting. Top product.
While the delivery issues were very frustrating the end product is right on the money!

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive tracking of your Privacy Screen, I can see this was sent via email on 22/01/2025 prior to delivery of the screen.
Unfortunately, I can see that we did encounter issues with the delivery of your Pergola as this was lost in transit after dispatch, meaning a new item had to be arranged for dispatch to fulfil your order. We do understand this is frustrating, however is beyond our control when using third party couriers.
We are pleased to hear however that you had such a great experience with our Technicians visit and they went above and beyond!

Ordered pergola with installation and…
Ordered pergola with installation and recieved details and correspondence with regards to this seamlessly. Did have to prompt about installation but this was due to my limited times of availability. However, once we got a suitable day firmed down, delivery and installation was very quickly achieved with good communication. Even got it installed the evening before it was due.

Don't buy from this company !
We purchased the 3 sofas on from ATM living on 16th September & took delivery first week of October 2024 - order number #16265
My Wife had concerns on the quality of material saying it was really thin and was easily wrinkled
In our opinion they seemed to be poorly made and the outer material was getting more and more wrinkled each coming week - even though there are only 2 of us in living in the house ...
Eventually after much lamenting I eventually agreed to contact them after the Christmas holidays ..
A technician attended our property early Jan and wouldn't comment to me directly - however after chasing up his report he had concluded they weren't faulty and simply had to be " dressed " ( flattened out ) for 5 to10mins after EVERY sitting ! ... Absolute joke ! ... One thing is for sure I will never ever deal with this company again and will tell all my friends and family about this experience .

We are sorry you are not happy with your purchase.
As per the Independent Furniture Technician report, there were no visible issues or faults reported to us by the technician who carried out a full inspection (of which you have a copy of the full findings).
Your order was delivered 30/09/2024, and the first issue reported 03/01/2025. ATM sent an independent furniture technician to fully assess the product , to which no faults were present, the technician advised that the wrinkles you mention are simply a natural characteristic of the fabric), and item (a velvet finish, chesterfield style sofa) due to the design and pleats, and no faults were present, the technician advised that the item he inspected was and matched the item we advertise , and looks as should.
A dispute was also raised through the bank by yourself, in which ATM had to send evidence - the evidence we sent in showed the bank details were full and correct, and the dispute was won in our favor.
Again we are sorry you are not happy but we believe ATM have gone above and beyond to meet your expectations, and can not take blame for an item that has been proven by independent inspectors and banking disputes not to be faulty.

VERY BAD COMPANY !! DO NOT USE!!!!!
I bought a pergola from ATM LIVING FOR £3500 not cheap ! And 1x of the privacy screens was damaged and broken,so I contacted ATM LIVING in November 2024 and they said they would send me a replacement out asap, it is now 5th of February 2025 and still I haven’t received my replacement privacy screen as of yet ???!!!! Very bad company,don’t use !!!!!!!!

As per terms and conditions on our website and communications with our team, we advised the screen would be replaced, there was no stock when reported as you were advised, an order was placed on pre-order.
The stock has not long arrived with us and as discussed earlier today with our team is being prepared for dispatch as soon as possible.
Please note as per our website information and terms and conditions replacement parts directly from the manufacturer may take a period of time to arrive due to shipments being released. I can see the fault was reported 27/01/25 , our team replied same day, images were sent to us 28/01/2025 which is 4 working days ago. Since our team have been liaising with the manufacturer to get a replacement part sourced, as advised in email.

Very happy with delivery and furniture although the glass table cover was very cloudy and after trying various methods of cleaning there is still a cloudy film present which is disappointing.
