Purchased on December 30th 2024. Received an order confirmation indicating that the order will be shipped within 3 to 5 days of the purchase date.
To date, I have not received any further communications from artistry rack. I have sent them four emails asking when the item will be shipped. NO RESPONSES 😡

I ordered a month ago and there is no tracking update, no communication. This must be a scam

I ordered (2) paint by numbers kit 12/3/24 and to date I have not received either one or a tracking number. I keep getting automatic replies but nothing else really. The phone number doesn’t work either. Stay away! This website is a joke and they are only out to scam you!

Like others have said this company is a scam. Ordered 12/2 (cyber Monday sale) and still not received. Email responses are simply fake tracking info, not from a real person. If you have ordered from them, contact your credit card to dispute the charge.

Horrible! I ordered on 12/19, it still hasn’t shipped and I have sent multiple emails regarding shipping status and just get a quick response email with a bunch of bullcrap! Still have not received a response from someone on shipping or a refund. I’m contacting my bank to dispute the charge on Monday for sure! I can’t get a refund from the company because they only say to send them an email and their phone number doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time ordering from here.

They originally said it would ship in 3-5 days but could take up to 15 days in transit. Still hasn’t shipped 2 weeks later

I ordered 3 paintings for my granddaughters Christmas present never received items and you can't get thru to anyone it goes to some zendesk I believe this is a scam company from China do not order anything this company should be looked at by government agencies. My granddaughter is very disappointed 😞 Thanks for taking my money 💰

Zero communication. Ordered on 12/15, still waiting for a tracking number. Contacted them several times, just to receive canned answers several days later. DO NOT BUY

Do not buy! Ordered placed on 12.2.2024. Was suppose to ship by 12/9 for receipt before 12/20. It is 12/19 and still has not shipped. Requested the order to be cancelled and refunded on 12/10, 12/15, and 12/18. They have ignored my requests. They even told me they couldn't cancel because the order had shipped but the carrier is still waiting for the package. DO NOT BUY!

This is a popup scam site. Order placed 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been processed or shipped. No response via email either.

I placed an order for a paint by number of a photograph. The colors in the photograph were changed. The 2 people in the photo had blue eyes and the painting made them brown. The two people were wearing a black tux with gold bowtie and a gold dress. The female had red hair. All the colors were muted into shades of beige, from the skin tone to the eyes to the gold clothing. The black wasn't a true black and even the red hair was a red-brown instead of the true red as in the photo. Artistry Rack was immediately emailed the moment the package was opened and 5 days short of a month later no response has been received. I would hesitate to order from this company.

I ordered artistry rack for weeks ago they do not answer your emails they don't have an accurate tracking I think it's fake and I have not received my order do not order from here

I placed and order and paid for expedited shipping, I never received shipping info so I have tried numerous times to contact them by phone and email without a response.
