They have been impossible to contact. It has been almost 3 months since I ordered one of their products and when it said it was delivered they said I should check with my post office. After reading other reviews many other people seem to be scammed as well.

Placed my order on Dec 6th. Emailed them on Jan 26 asking for a refund. They said it’s in transit. Now it says it was delivered on Jan 24, two days before my initial email. Do not order from this company.

The worst company to do business with. I was supposed to get my items withing 2 weeks, but it took 2 months. Then, when I got them, they were just rolled up canvas -- there weren't stretched onto a frame, as shown on their website. They are unpaintable until you can put them on a wooden frame, so these products are useless unless I pay more money to have this done.

On top of this, the contact phone number on their site is nonfunctional and no one has every responded to any of my emails. There's just an automated reply and that's it.

I ordered items a month ago. When I questioned where my order is or when I might receive it, I am directed to call an international number due to “shipping difficulties.”

Scam. Chinese company. Now I am receiving all kinds of scam emails. No product, despite the fact that my card has been charged. I have initiated a chargeback request through my credit card company.

Don't do it. They absolutely lie about their policies. I placed 2 different orders 3 days apart before I realized that this is a fly by might company whose warehouse is located in China. They lied about their processing time. Wildly lied about the shipping time frame. Lied about their communication response time frame. Won't answer the phone. Won't accept a return of their product though I have asked at least 5 times. They have a returns policy ....oh wait....THAT is a lie as well. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this company. It's just not worth it.

This website is a scam. Never rec'd purchase and have sent several emails and phone messages with no response

I placed an order Jan. 6, 2025 and they immediately charged my card. I have received no confirmation, order number, tracking number or anything else from this company. There is no number listed to call, only email, and the only response I get is a generic auto-reply.

Place an order on Nov. 27, 2024 for a Christmas gift for my neice. Site (Artistry Rack) said product would ship in 3 to 4 days. The company took the money out of my acct immediately but I never received the product. I sent 7 emails between Dec 24 (when I knew the gift wouldn't be here for Christmas) and today, Jan 27, 2025. I searched their sight for a phone number or address but the only contact info was an email. I requested a refund in all 7 emails. Their responses were lie after lie. First, they said they wouldn't cancel it because it had shipped (even though they falsely advertised that the item would ship in 3 to 4 days and it was know almost a month later. Some of the responses list shipping info spanning weeks, and lastly, the said they delivered it January 12th. They have no proof of delivery and I have no product! Buyer beware, this company is a scam!

Ordered on December 19. Have yet to see any product. Emailed company three times. Will not order again.

Ordered two weeks prior to Christmas and it arrived today 6 weeks later. The canvas appears nice, it is was rolled up, I have not looked at the paints yet but will update when I have painted. The company page says Canada address but the package arrived from an address in Texas. Weird. I wouldn’t probably order again sadly.

It's a scam. I placed an order then tried to cancel it after I read the reviews.
I have emailed them twice with no response and called them and no one answered.

Definitely a scam, I placed my order in early December and received tracking number and what not. And now all of a sudden my order doesn't exist. They basically robbed me.

Still have not received my order. Anyone else feel scammed?

I placed an order on December 5th, 2025. Today is 1/17/24 and no items. I don’t know if it’s the company or if it’s the courier but either way, not worth the trouble. Don’t buy.
Just an update.. 2/6/25 all of the sudden, there is a delivered notification for 1/28/25. I have informed delivery thru the post office (the one who was supposed to have made the delivery) and there were ZERO packages delivered that day. Thankfully, I used PayPal was able to open and win my case and got a full refund. This store had no intentions of giving me a refund for products I did not receive. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!

Not a Scam, it just takes a while to receive your product. I ordered 4 and I received my order 6 weeks later.

Absolute worst in customer service, oh wait no customer service. Ordered kit on 12/13/24. No response, no emails, I finally sent an email requesting order cancellation. The next day received an email stating it was shipped. Tracking information shows it is still being processed in China!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Potentially scam.... received tracking info, but hasn't changed in 14 days.
