Firstly I waited almost to months for my canvas. Then it arrived with no brushes. The paints have 4 digit numbers on it and they send you stickers numbered 1-25 to put on the paints as the canvas has numbers 1-25. What was missing was the guide to the numbers. I have emailed them a few times. They keep saying they have forwarded my complaint to the dispatch. 2 weeks later they still haven’t just emailed me a picture of the guide!! Ridiculous!!! How do I know where the colors go!! Useless customer service

My canvas arrived damaged. I emailed Artistry Rack, per the instructions, included video and pictures of the damage asking for a replacement. After multiple emails asking for an update on my request, with each response always being some variation of “this has been escalated”, it’s six weeks later and still not resolved. At this point, I’m accepting my loss and going elsewhere, this was going to be for my granddaughter’s birthday.

If I could rate this company a ZERO, I sure would! I ordered a picture of my daughter and her boyfriend, but once it was delivered, late btw, it was of 2 women who I have no clue are!
I contacted them right away, as this was a gift. Here we are, THREE MONTHS LATER, and they refuse to give me a refund or send the correct item!!

I have almost TWO DOZEN emails back and forth with no resolution!

Highly suggest avoiding this shady company!!

Like others, ordered multiple paints, said it arrived, but never received it. Multiple emails later, involving tracking number that is untraceable they wanted me to contact China shipping company!! Complete rip off and thrives. Stay far away from this!

I ordered two pictures of me and my girlfriend to paint on valentine day on January 22, 2025 ...it said it will be delivered within 14 to 21 days ....I got a text on March 6 saying it's delivered but never received my ordered....I think it's a scam and a lousy company.....do not order from this company

Ordered it on Feb 1 still. Says it's in processing then I get a message like it has arrived at my house. This definitely a scam.

got this for my sisters birthday. packaging looked so nice i didnt even need to wrap it.

Although it took 5 weeks to receive my purchase and the tracking did not update, I did receive it and it's beautiful.

Placed an order in early November and item did not arrive until Late January. Not only did it take 2 months but it arrived damaged. Customer service would not issue a refund despite multiple emails. Ended up filing a claim with my credit card company. I would recommend you avoid at all costs.

I have been trying for weeks to get ahold of someone. I have emailed multiple times with no response. Their website says that your order will be processed in 5 days, it's been 30 for me. Also said they will respond to your email within 4-5 business days. It has been 2 weeks. I will never order from them again and I hope people read this before ordering.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I initially placed an order because their website stated they were located in New York, which was misleading—they are actually based in China.

The shipping and processing times provided were inaccurate. The company claimed processing would take 3 to 5 business days with delivery within 15 business days afterward. In reality, it took 17 business days just to process my order. Additionally, their customer service was unresponsive, taking 10 business days to reply to my email. When they finally did respond, it was suspiciously two minutes after sending the tracking information, which seemed deliberately timed.

I had planned this order well in advance for my anniversary, but due to these delays, it will now arrive nearly three weeks late. After addressing my concerns, the company resumed ignoring my emails.

I would not recommend ordering directly from this company. If you’re interested in similar products, I suggest using Amazon, where you can find comparable items with faster, more reliable service. Unfortunately, I discovered this option only after dealing with this frustrating experience.

"With that being said, I placed my initial order on 1.11.2025 & then 2 more on 1.14.2025. After reading multiple negative TrustPilot reviews, I believed this company to be a scam. I quickly contacted my credit union on 1.14.2025, in order to get my money back, as I was unable to contact anyone at the New York state phone # listed on their website (929-223-7503) or receiving any responses via my initial 1.14.2025 email. My 3 purchases were refunded from my credit union; I did not believe I would actually see physical products. Then after a month of waiting, all 3 projects were finally delivered. ArtistryRack didn't get paid for any of the 3 projects ordered due to my knowledge.
Now, I'm needing to return 2 of the 3 (one was missing the brush set), as they're not longer needed due to the month wait. Crickets, until email starting coming in saying they were being delivered? I sent another email today asking for return shipping labels, as I'm not confident leaving yet another phone message will do any good.
The address that it was mailed from (HLiver Lowry, 3626 S Wilcott Ave., Chicago, IL,60609), according to Google Maps, is supposedly a personal residence? Something's fishy about 2 separate states being utilized. I gave it a 2-rating as I was pleasantly surprised that I actually did receive product, albeit, a month's wait for delivery. We'll see if any reaches back out or if I'm sent any return shipping labels. If not, I guess I have 3 free projects." Good luck

They don’t respond with anything but the same useless “turn around time for help” comment. Never received the product and the shipping info never changes. Dispute this company with you credit card company or bank. Ordered over 2.5 months ago.

Reached out to cancel at least a month before I got the “it shipped” email. They simply don’t care what you want and won’t refund you. Period.

Awful!!! Been trying to get my money back since beginning of December for products never arriving.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is a scam stay away from it. They reply to your email but then ghost you. Phone numbers on their website are FAKE. Someone should have this page reported and shut down immediately. I ordered a painting back in December 2024 and did not receive it. I reached out to them to ask for refund they said they can’t refund me because item was shipped and to follow up on tracking info, when I do that the package appears to be lost in another state and USPS can’t give me any updates based on the tracking number I was provided by these con artist

Company does not respond. I ordered on January 31 and they just do nothing but send generic messages back to you when you try to email them through Premier trust store, which has bad ratings as well. It seems like a total scam at this point how I suggest not doing business with either one of these There is no number that you can contact anybody and it always reroute you to the premier trust store. I have now sent approximately five emails and nothing.

If there was a way to give a negative rating, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I made the mistake of ordering from Artistry Rack on December 13 and have never received the order. It was supposedly delivered on 1/23 and on 2/3?! In spite of reaching out 3 times to tell them that the package was never delivered, their "representatives" have told me I have to reach out to the "carrier." The most recent message indicated the USPS as the carrier.

If I could give a zero I would. After 60 days of waiting and poor follow up customer service, it never arrived. I could see it on the slow boat from China. Then it sat in a US delivery center for weeks. Then they said it arrived. It never did. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
