They claim the package was delivered but 1) I work from home and never received and 2) they didn’t provide tracking or carrier information. I believe this is a scam company. Do not give them your information.

I'm very disappointed with the quality of the canvas. After reading reviews, I still decided to order and reviews were correct. I waited over a month and I was looking so forward to get started on painting. But when I finally received it and opened it, I got so discouraged of the whole set up of the numbers. Who designed this stuff. It's so awful that have no intentions on painting it. Never again and I am unsubscribing their emails because I want nothing to do with Artistry Rack. I do not recommend them.

I placed an order back in June for the Christmas tree mosaic of which I never received. I have e-mailed and left voicemails and NO response and no credit and no product. If you sent, did you get it returned. I would not order again knowing that you do not make things right.

I would give no stars if that was an option. I did not receive my items. The company email response was generic and not helpful. Their listed phone number did not work when I called them. Also, there was a lack of accurate tracking information so USPS could not find any records of shipment or delivery.

If I could I would give this company a -5. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! I'M GOING ON 5 WEEKS SINCE I ORDERED. TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED YESTERDAY, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'M SO FREAKING MAD. ALSO, THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME A REFUND.

I placed an order and received tracking updates for about 8 weeks and then they stopped. I never received my order. I contacted customer service by email and received a tracking update form letter stating that the package was on the way. I continued to contact them over several weeks and still got the same form letter. They never responded to a request for a refund or replacement. They never issued a refund. I would not ever order from this company again. The tracking update they sent was from China. They report to the card company that the item was delivered. Several people have worried this is a scam site from China that may be taking your information and selling it. Based on the fact most of the reviews are similar to mine is very worrisome.

The custom paint by number kits are really cool. I got one of my dog and had a good time painting it, even though I am horrible at painting!

Do not trust Artistry rack. Scam based out of China that sells your info while providing fake tracking numbers. When you dispute charges, info goes to your card company showing package delivered, however, it’s a tracking number for a different item and address but they can show it delivered and your dispute will be resolved in their favor. Their customer service responses are all AI blaming you for any mistakes and gives very vague responses typically 3-5 days later.

They sent me the wrong picture and refused to deal with it. I sent them proof and then crickets. Stay away from this company.02

I placed an order and immediately reached out to customer service after the order was placed to try and cancel the pending order. I was sent a very generic email back stating someone would be in touch within 1-3 days. I didn't recieve an email from anyone until 2 days after my order was already shipped, which was more than 3 days since my original email asking to cancel the order.

The cancellation policy in the email also stated: Cancellation/Refund:
We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your shopping experience. If you wish to cancel your purchase or request a refund, please indicate the reason for your request, and we will promptly work to resolve your concern.

I had emailed 2 other times since the initial email asking for a cancellation of my order. The email I received stated that "due to the rapid processing and dispatch of the item from our warehouse, your order has already been processed and is currently en route. As such, we are unable to cancel the order at this point."

To which I responded with receipts that I have been trying to cancel the order since it was placed. I still have yet to hear back since my last email 2 days ago except for the exact same generic email that I originally received.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I don't even care about a refund at this point. I just want the order cancelled...

If I could give it a zero I would. I ordered at the start of March. By April it hadn't arrived and was "undeliverable". I contacted customer service and they said they would get back to me. The then proceeded to change the tracking to say delivered by usps. The tracking number didn't work outside of the 17track and parcelsapp. I have my informed delivery receipts from USPS on the dates it was supposed to be delivered showing nothing was delivered to my residence. I will be contacting Paypal once the time has passed to persue a refund.

I ordered on 12/5/2024. It was mid January and I received an email that my ordered had been delivered. Odd, because I didn’t receive a package! It took some doing but I was able to get my money back, thanks to informed delivery! Do yourself a favor and don’t order from here!!!

I order two paint by number kits mid february 2025 since one custom I knew take bit tracking says in states to arrive on time it been over 6 weeks all they tell me is what tracking says it on way tracking not even updated since march 24, 2025 it april 1 2025 now I had to order something else for the birthday gift that was suppose to be

Ordered on Feb 19, now March 28. First, my order was not processed for 10 days. I gave them an email, requesting to start with my order. They allegedly sent my order in a few days and gave me a number to track. Finally I have seen my parcel arrive at the USPS distribution center in my city. It was there allegedly for a week, then I saw it out for delivery on March 27, and next time I tracked the news was "Delivered on March 23"! I sent them an email that the order was not delivered to me, and then I called to our USPS office. They said the tracking number was not their number at all and could not help me. So I warn you, do not order from them, it is a fraud

I read the reviews after I placed my order and was nervous. I ordered february 17th and it came March 19th. Worth the wait. I am happy with all of my order. I would order again. I just know now that it takes a long time. I do feel a bit misled because I thought it was coming from Canada but it actually came from China. I like transparency and honesty. That is my only complaint. Thank you.

I ordered on January 31st 2025 as a Valentine’s Day activity. I even bought this before the company started advertising their Valentine’s Day Special. Sent an email on February 11th to get an update. They said to get back to them within 7 days if I haven’t had an update. I gave them the benefit of the doubt by giving them 7 business days/10days to email them again. Never got an answer. I finally got a tracking number and an email saying it was “ON ITS WAY” on February 27th… 27 Days after I bought it. I received my order today, March 26th 2025. Completely unacceptable to tell someone that your order will take 10-20 days when it takes 54…

If I could rate them zero stars I would. This company is a scam. I ordered a product from them on Jan 29th. It is now March 24th and it STILL hasn't arrived. I got a hold of someone in their customer service dept over a month ago to try and cancel the order. They didn't let me. Don't waste your money...total fraud.

Looking forward to the capability in the Beta. The VideoBooks Creation has major potential for adding dynamic content to my training materials.

I ordered on 12/10 as a Xmas present for my wife. It is now 3/19. I've been engaged with customer support since late December. The delivery link was paused for about 6 weeks and then updated in February that my order had been delivered a month earlier. I've been working with customer support on getting a refund or new package shipped. It's been weeks and they continue to reply that they are "reaching out to their shipping department," likely trying to get me to give up. Has not been worth the trouble.

I ultimately did receive this product after they reshipped in late April
