I've worked exclusively with offsite for the better part of three years and I have never had an issue and service is top notch. They really go over and above. If you're looking for a solution like this I highly recommend Elfsight.

I was searching online for a online radio app player and came across Elfsight and decided to test it and I can tell you it WORKS like a gem. They have lots of other apps to embed that we all use daily it is like a one stop shop.

The customer service is also great and very patient with questions I must say the app is also easy to customize and embed on websites.

I've been using Elfsight for almost two years, and the progress in their plugins has been remarkable. They were great two years ago, but now they're truly awesome! The support team is always helpful, even when it comes to solving more advanced issues. Highly recommend!

Nach meiner Kündigung wurde meine Website von einem Mitarbeiter gehackt und wurde mit Werbung Installiert. Dazu war keine Möglichkeit mehr in den Admin Bereich zu kommen. Beweise über Datenbank gespeichert.

Die Widgets sind super und lassen sich sehr gut integrieren. Der Support ist blitzschnell und die Entwicklung neuer Widgets geht parallel weiter ..

Besonders gefällt mir, dass ich keine Programmierkenntnisse brauche, um meine Seite aufzuwerten. Der Kundenservice ist schnell und hilfsbereit, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Insgesamt habe ich das Gefühl, dass Elfsight meiner Website einen professionellen Touch verleiht und kann es daher jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der seine Online-Präsenz verbessern möchte.

It's important to be aware of some potential issues with Elfsight company. Make sure to read their policies carefully, as they state that "Elfsight bears no responsibility for the information collected or used by any advertiser or third party website. It has also come to my attention that I did not receive any notification email that my subscription was about to expire, nor was the auto-renewal feature the default in your settings. I believe that the automatic renewal feature should be an opt-in rather than an opt-out option. By law, before a company can auto-renew your subscription, it has to send you a renewal notice.

I can't get any support, and I just paid for 3 widgets (Google Reviews, Yelp Reviews, Facebook Reviews). I was given a price break this year, $48 per widget per year, but next year, it goes to $60.00 per widget. Since yesterday, I have paid $144! Two of the widgets were working yesterday, but none are working today. It only shows one of my reviews for Facebook Reviews, and when I enter the HTML link for Google Reviews, it shows some generic advertisement reviews that aren't from our company. I tried to cancel my subscriptions, but that isn't an option either. Now, I have to add a message on our website that states the site is under construction. What a mess!!! I would never recommend Elfsight to anyone! I wish I could give them zero stars!

After using a Elfsight app for over six months without issue but then something bad happened , the app counter stopped functioning and informed all my customers that zero percent of customers would recommend our services and zero percent would use our services again !
Instead of saying 80% of customers would recommend our services and 80% would use our services again ! As a web developer I was shocked to be informed of this by a customer who visited our site and embarrassingly informed me that if I couldn't get our own site correct what hope was their for there's . This has cost me a few customers now and I issued a three hour ultimatum earlier to fix the widget but I've heard nothing since ( 5hrs ) yet another shoddy spineless faceless contactless American tech thief !

Avoid at all costs .....

there is no customer contact possible other than a bot that is unable to answer questions or concerns re billing problems and issues - very poor customer service

You can't rely on them to maintain an app the way it was installed. They will remove features in the apps without warning which may dramatically affect your website esthetic.

They promise a free whatsapp widget - which you can spend time applying to the site.
One month later they say they need money to continue - with no warning.

Usual scam and plenty of spam.
Seems to be the way of the world now.
