Loved the widget they provide, I need a custom solution and they made a custom JS and provided for FREE, customer service is on point as well, they respond quick and provided a solution in less than 24 hours, just wow, never came across a service such as them.

The response time was very fast and the solution to my problem came even faster than I expected. Alina was not only fast to reply, but she was concise and had a pleasant tone in her emails. I was a little bothered at first that there was no phone number that I could call for support because usually, customer support through email is very frustrating. I'm happy to say that wasn't the case here. You guys clearly have a great team here.

I've asked for support multiple times with Elfsight's Google Reviews app and every time they reply quickly with a clear explanation of how to solve the problem myself, but they also go into my account and fix it themselves. They go above and beyond every time and have taken a lot more initiative than I'm used to customer support providing! Will definitely be using the app on more web design projects going forward :)

The customer support is friendly and professional. They quickly helped to add a script to an app to make it work better for our site. Most apps, you get what you get, but every time I have reached out to Elfsight they have always provided a work around or added features to make their apps better.

Great library of incredibly useful widgets and tools. They also do a great job of letting you know what they are working on and can expect from them. Customer support is very responsive and have great access to fix a problem or help you troubleshoot, they dont just send canned answers - they can see your issues and help.
