So many options and great customer support.

I use Elfsight to pull reviews for our holiday let through to our website. The widget is super-easy to set up and customise. I recently needed to change it so it links to our Google Maps account. I had some issues linking the widget to our account so contacted Elfsight for support - the customer service was excellent. Not only did they explain to me how to sort the issue, Polina also linked it for me. I got regular check-in emails but not so many that it was annoying. I've customised the widget so it matches our branding colours and it's all working perfectly. Highly recommended.

Discovered we renewed our annual subscription for a package we don't use. Contacted Eflsight chat who pointed out this discrepancy, and better yet, provided online instructions as to how we can change over to the correct package. The rep was incredibly helpful. I'm also impressed the Elfsight system is engineered to allow us to make this change seamlessly.

Great event calendar plug in to squarespace site. Easy CSV upload of events. Love it. Great customer service to help me solve my CSV issues.

Their customer support is unmatched. I subscribed to the Google reviews app, it was easy to implement on my website with great features and customizations. I would highly recommend this company they have more than 90+ other apps that can be included in your website hassle free.

I’ve been using Elfsight extensively, and overall it has been a very solid experience—especially if you know how to push the platform beyond basic use.

What I appreciate most is the flexibility of the widgets. With the Event Calendar in particular, I was able to adapt it for a completely different use case (tours and experiences), using categories like event types, venues, and tags to simulate filters such as destination, operator, and tour type. This allowed me to build a functional structure without needing a custom development solution.

The platform is intuitive on the surface, but it also offers enough depth for more advanced implementations if you take the time to understand it.

Support has also been responsive and helpful, especially when clarifying how certain configurations work inside the widget itself (since some things can’t be changed via CSS and need to be handled directly in the settings).

That said, there are a few areas where improvement would make a big difference:

More control over labels and filter naming directly from the frontend
Greater flexibility in customizing widget text without relying on backend settings
More advanced documentation or examples for non-standard use cases

Overall, Elfsight is a very strong solution for embedding functional features quickly, and it becomes even more powerful when used creatively.

I would definitely recommend it, especially for users who want to build fast without sacrificing too much flexibility.

I added the Elfsight translation widget to a website. It worked fine, except in the area of the website that I wanted to place it. The Elsight team wrote some custom code that fixed the issue. Excellent customer support.

I really like their support team. Very fast and convinient. Also a lot of wonderfull widgets.
