In this century, insisting on not processing refunds despite stating "15-day returns" on their website is truly a trust-breaking behavior. Moreover, while even $100 websites provide an instant refund button, trying to handle refunds through email is just disgraceful.

Am using elfsight Instagram feed! No other widget is looking that good and is that easy to implement in your homepage... in case something goes wrong you get immediate support... Thanks a lot Sophie, you are doing a great job!

I was having issues embedding a code for an audio player widget for website. I requested installation help (not the first time I've had to do that) and the response time was very fast. The person responding was very courteous and when asked, explained the issues; even provided a screenshot of some of the settings that had been incorrect. The customer service was AWESOME! ¡Excelente Herramienta! Uso muchas apps/widgets y sinceramente funcionan muy bien, me ayudan mucho en mis proyectos sin tener que afrontar grandes costos/tiempos en desarrollo. Además destaco la excelente atención y soporte, ante cualquier duda consulto y en cuestión de horas llega la ayuda. Los recomiendo!!

We've been using the Instagram widget for a few months now and love it. If you have a product you want to promote (as we do) it's an ideal solution. The widget works as an excellent compliment to other images you may have on the site - you now have an additional 10 images to showcase your products without having to direct them to Instagram first. Additionally, the support is excellent. We had a few questions here and there during the installation process and the inquiries were all answered in less than 24 hours. Also, there are lots of modifications you can do to the widget (i.e. adding a specific color background) and we found that to be extremely useful. 

Elfsight offer plug and play widgets that I can use on my website. That alone is incredibly helpful. But they also provide excellent customer service and customization of the widgets that ensures my site looks and operates how I want it to. Working with them has been amazing.
