Now a paid subscriber and very happy with the quality of the widgets available with Elfsight. While a host of customisations is available, the actual process for creating and deploying widgets is seamless. I've spoken to the team on a few occasions and found their assistance to be first-class.

Wanted to switch plans from All Apps to a single app which would look like a downgrade, but we opted for a T1 plan which is more expensive! Mike T was very helpful in the Chatbot session and all was completed in 10-15mins.

Elfsight's apps and widgets are amazing! Their library of custom templates for review, forms, compliance, photo galleries and much, more is extensive. They are very customizable: fonts; layouts; color schemes; size etc. make them perfect additions to your site's themes and appearance. Their support is top-notch and the turnaround time on providing solutions is exceptional. They are the gold standard in value, ease of use, and customer support.

I've incorporated some Elfsight widgets into our new Squarespace site! Despite my very limited coding experience, Elfsight has been a dream to use. Customer support has been responsive and helpful, and the nonprofit pricing is also wonderful. It's easy to update the widget online and have it automatically update on my site.

I have to say that Elfsight is one of the best companies I’ve come across for customer service and brilliant apps that are easy to install. They not only have med the answer to my problem but also provided links with screenshots showing me how to implement it. They also corrected a mistake I had made with my booking without any fuss.
