This company has excellent customer service and shipping handling. Not to mention their products. They are of the highest quality and reliability.

I had great service of the Apidura support when I had some issues with my bags. The zippers can be fragile so be careful.

No quibble repairs and support - A+

I have several bags from Apidura which all work great. The zipper on my Expedition Top Tube bag became unhinged however in an Ultraendurance race. Once I had sent them a picture and the serial number of the bag, they simply replaced it with a new one without any further hassle. I could even choose a top tube bag from another line, so I went with the Race model, as it doesn't have any zipper. Absolutely happy with how quickly and fairly they handled this.

Top kit designed by cyclists. These guys know their stuff. The top tube pack and tool pack (expedition) are excellent. Their customer service is amazing and they give great advice. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size, and when I realised a day before my holiday to France I called and asked if they could send one first class in UK post. They posted it Friday, it arrived Saturday and I was ready to go! Amazing customer service and fantastic products. Worth the extra money.

That is what every valuable brand should be able to deliver : a real fast and pleasant service, taking care about their consumers.
After facing an issue on a top-tube-pack during one of our trip, I contacted Apidura Support, providing some explanations thru their web.
Harry, answered me the day after and gave me a full set of explanation. The discussion was pleasant and professional and the new item is on its way.
Bravo for that.

I have made a most amazing, positive experience with Apidura customer service. Having lost one strap of a pack in the dark I wrote an email and got speedy response and replacement free of charge. So on top of selling excellent gear they also have the most polite, caring, approachable customer service ever!

Very reactive and helpful customer service.
I had a faulty pack (very rare apparently). The customer service knew I had a bike trip coming up and I was sent a new pack in a few days and got it on time !

Apidura recently repaired my top tube bag, replacing the zip which had been eaten by a squirrel. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Mittags um 13.00 Uhr in Süddeutschland bestellt, am nächten morgen um 11.00 war die Ware da!
Bei den „Transpyrenees“ hatten wir leider ein Problem mit dem Top Tube Pack.
Nach unserer Rückkehr kurze Reklamation mit Bildern, am übernächsten Tag war die Ersatzlieferung da.
Besser gehts nicht!

Brilliant products and a customer service to match.
My first purchase from Apidura was a couple of years ago when I bought a framepack from them, I wasn't sure about which size to go for so I sent them an email with pictures and dimensions of my frame and they quickly responded with their suggestion which in turn was an amazing fit. My next couple of purchases included similar inquiries about the sizing of a seatpack and I have since bought more products which have stood the test of time in terms of suitability and durability. Any issues are quickly resolved from their excellent customer service which has included them sending out replacement bungee cords for my seat pack.
Overall an awesome company to purchase from

Terrific, patient, and in the end perfect guidance on selecting the ride bags and sizes for my bike and purposes. Have the bags now, which seem to be of superior quality. Loaded and ready to go. So far, great company to work with.

I have been using Apidura's product since 2017 with several heavy bikepacking trips e.g Laos, Malaysia and Nepal. Thats includes saddle bag, frame bag and food pouch.

On my recent tour at Annapurna Circuit, Nepal, my backcountry saddle bag attachment loop (1 oo 2) was blown out from the sewing point. I contacted the customer service and after sending out some details and photos, Apidura responded by honoring the warranty- New saddle bag was sent out immediately.

Best customer service I've experienced among my bicycle component companies.

Bought two items and received them extreme fast but they just didn’t work on my bike. I had ZERO issue returning them, in fact they set up an office in Boston so the shipping and ease of returns was incredible. So much so I The went back and bought the racing seat bag which I love. The only advice I would have is the story around the logo / name is great and should be added to the website!

Awful experience with Apidura. There was an item i requested and was informed there was limited and final stock. Was told i would receive confirmation that they were online with everyone else who requested it. After some time i contacted them for an update. Not only did they not inform me and they were all sent out to clients who did inform them - but they also claimed that i was informed by email. searching everywhere for the email very carefully, i found nothing. i You would think at this point they would admit to forgetting about emailing me. They kept on with the lie and insisted they did, but of course did not show me any evidence of the same because it is clearly a lie. If you can't trust them to be honest with their mistakes, you know you cant trust them to honour you as a customer. 0 stars if i could.
