I had a strap which was starting to tear and all that was required to organise a replacement was an email.
No filling out lengthy forms, no need to supply DNA samples... just a quick email which was dealt with promptly and professionally.
Excellent products and excellent service.

My question on where i could buy a replacement clip for one that was broken, got a swift response and instead of pointing me to a store, the support team asked for my address to send me a replacement free of charge. Not just a great quality product, but also great quality customer support.

Hit or miss with this one. I've owned the racing long top tube bag for a while now and have been pleased with it. Decided to order the expedition full frame bag and can't say the same. First of all the design isn't compatible between the expedition frame bag and the racing top tube bag: you cant have them on the same bike because the attachment straps are in the exact same place and non-adjustable! Secondly, I used their on site calculator which recommended the 12L expedition frame bag based on my bike model and size but the bag just doesn't fit my bike. My legs hit the bag constantly (even when empty) which makes it simply unusable. Lastly, the level of their customer service is quite terrible.

I highly recommend to try out the products before purchasing and steer away from their online store.

Great customer service - My apidura bag straps needed a repair, their customer services offered a free of charge replacement strap which was sent out to me. Very happy with the after sales service and their products.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinen verschlüssen an einem sehr guten Produkt von Apidura und habe den Support genutzt um Kontakt für mein Problem herzustellen. Es hat nicht lange gedauert (12 Std ) und ich habe eine detaillierte Antwort erhalten . Wenn ich die Zeitverschiebung raus rechnen würde habe ich innerhalb von wenigen Minuten eine sehr gute Antwort erhalten.
Ich kann das alles nur weiter empfehlen auch die Qualität die Apidura herstellt ist sehr gut !!

After doing much research on Bike Packing bags I decided to go with Apidura because of all the positive feedback. My order was promptly shipped as promised to the U.S. Unfortunately the shipment got lost after arriving in the States. After contacting the courier several times with no results of finding the package, I contacted Apidura and was pleased to find out that they sent another replacement shipment promptly. I am so glad I purchased from Apidura, excellent customer service and product!!! David Sloneker

The support staff was very nice and responsive.

Apidura products are often more expensive than the competition. If they fix your bags, they'll probably last longer and end up being cheaper for a better product.

I lost part of the sternum strap from my packable backpack and it was replaced, free-of-charge, in a couple of days.

I was a big fan of apidura until a new Backcountry saddle pack caused a hole in my bib shorts on 2500km ride across Europe.. Something caused it on strap side as there was no damage on other side.. Apidura wasn’t interested in investigating it and said that my riding style and technique was a reason for it..

I purchased 2 14L expedition packs 1 racing top tube pack and a Racing Handlebar mini pack 2.5L the expedition packs and the top tube pack were brilliant but the Racing Handlebar pack wasn't it secures well on the front off the handlebars but the velcro that secures the lid was dire, twice on a recent ride the contents of the bag ended up on the trail where the velcro was insufficient to hold the lid down, It may have been best if it had a magnetic clip rather than velcro, at £72 it was a waste of money.

I own a PACKABLE BACKPACK, but unfortunately I lost one side of the sternum straps and I contact Apidura support and got a replace for that. I would also like to comment on how impressed I am with the waterproof capacity of the bag. I rode with the bag in a heavy rain and none of my clothes pieces inside the bag got wet.

Ordered a full set of Expedition Series packs for first bikepacking trip! The package arrived and was promptly stolen off our porch!! Obviously I was heartbroken...

I emailed Apidura and told them what happened. They were very understanding and sent out a replacement shipment!! What a relief!

Absolutely top notch support. My replacement set just arrived and my bike is all dressed up and ready to go!

Stitching is perfect, materials are robust and the design is well through out and executed. These packs look and feel like they will serve me for a long time! Excited to hit the road and gravel with them!!
