I broke a clip on my expedition accessory pack.
Sent them an Email asking if I could purchase a new one from them. They replied quickly and offered a new one free of charge, which arrived just a few days later.
First class service.

After 6 years using my framepack the straps were worn out. Send an email to Apidura, and they send 3 new straps.
No questions asked. Very good service.

Massively impressed with the service and the fantastic bags. Had a strap come loose after plenty of use and they fixed it with no fuss. Great communication and friendly service. Won my loyalty for sure

The customer support team at Apidura have been exceptional. They replaced a missing strap (my fault) promptly. They will definitely be my go to brand for my next bike packing purchase.

Nach 1 Jahr und drei mal Gebrauch
hat sich eine Naht bei einer Apidura Satteltasche 14l aufgelöst.
Die Tasche wurde vom Verkäufer eingeschickt; Bearbeitungszeit 3-4 Wochen.
Ich hätte einen sofortigen diskussionslosen Ersatz erwarte.
Ich gehe davon aus, dass andere Nähte folgen werden.

Even though shipping back to England from the US for a damaged zipper was not covered under warranty, the repair of my zipper on my bag was made quickly and returned without shipping charges.

I was already in love with the Apidura products that accompanied me on my cycling adventures. Now that I have discovered their Repairs Program, I am even more in love.
Now my pack has a second life.
Less waste and a lower ecological footprint.

I own an Expedition Saddle bag. It´s roomy, absolutely waterproof, super light and well made.
Two small downsides: no airvalve, so when you compress it, you need to leave small hole somewhere to get the air out which is a little tricky to do. Guiding the small straps through the saddle rails is a little tricky as well.

They always reply in a reasonable time, stay professional and kind, they help you step by step even when it’s for an revive product there is still the warranty. They always have a good sollution for your problem

I purchased a 1L bolt on racing top tube bag for my gravel bike intending to carry my iPhone and billfold. Passing over a gravel road pothole it ejected my iPhone. The magnetic "latch" is not much latch at all. In correspondance Apidura asked me to replicate with video!!! So do not count on Apidura support and do not trust that model.

Apidura did offer to replace magnet….if I pay the $20 to international ship it back to them. Feels like good money after bad. It flips open most any time now. I don’t want to spend any more on it. On the other hand, their zippered frame bag has worked out well.

GO WITH A TRUSTED BRAND. Not these clowns

As you can probably guess; I am having a terrible time with Apidura. I REALLY wish i'd never handed any money to them

Really, REALLY poor customer services

Go for a more tried and tested brand, and wait until this one is bought out by some investment company who know about basic customer services - it is not like the quality can go down, from what i am now reading. Who knows, maybe it will fold

I upgraded to Apidura for a Northern Tier crosscountry ride - now I won't use anything else. Website was very well put together in sorting out my particular bike. Their products are profession-grade, lightweight and tough for long rides we have here that sometimes goes from proper roads to backcountry rough rides.
Greatly appreciate the confidence in the purchase process, fast shipping and quality of the product.

Firstly I'm a huge Apidura fan and my while bikepacking set up is Apidura including the 1.5l Bladder, I was gutted to find it was leaking so sent Apidura an email and they informed my it was missing an O-ring and sent me out a new one. It's all fixed now and I'm super grateful and will keep an eye out when I'm removing the hose so I don't lose another O-ring 🙏
