I have several Apidura packs all of which are brilliant. Recently one of the waterproof zips broke after 3 years of hard use. Can't fault the free repair service - especially as having initially read on the website that these zips were not covered I was expecting the pack to have to go to landfill. Great to see a company that actually stands by their green credentials!

Amazing customer service. My saddle bag connector had been damaged. Spoke with the team at Apidura and they offered to either send me a new strap or if I was not a confident at sowing then they could repair for me.

I took the offer of sending to them. They turned it around in less than 5 days. They also patched up some holes I had managed to make in the bag through my own fault.

All of the above for free. Just an amazing service, great communication throughout.

I have had my Apidura saddle pack for 4 years. Over time I've patched it a little (following the guidance on the Apidura website) but recently noticed that some of the stitching was coming away on the top where it attaches to the saddle rails. I contacted Apidura to see if I could send it to them to repair it properly and after some very helpful to-ing & fro-ing with their great customer service team I completed an online request that led to me sending it to them for it to be fixed FOR FREE (!) Not only did they repair the strap, but they also applied various patches to "tidy up" my DIY efforts and fixed a couple of other minor issues resulting from 4 years of intensive wear & tear, and then posted it back to me (again for free). The whole process took less than 4 weeks and now I have a good-as-new seat pack for all my ongoing adventure-based needs. A brilliant service, not only for me, but for reducing waste & keeping products in use for longer. I must find out whether the manufacturer of my 6-year-old car offers the same service....

Customer service by far exceeded my expectations.

Even though I had read stories of packs being repurposed for some sponsored riders on socials, I had not expected much, when reported that the seams had started to lift on my seven year old saddle bag

Whilst I was open to buying a new pack, given I had had a fair life out of this one, my preference was to ideally find some way to repair.

This was offered by Apidura, but at their cost, not mine. This approach to reuse and extending product shelf life, is sadly unusual in this day and age.

I can only think of a handful of brands that do this. Hats off to Apidura for doing this. Rose higher, in my already high expectations.

I bought a full expedition pack a couple of years ago and due to bad packing and some uneven ground while cycling the South Downs way managed to wear a hole in the rear pack. a quick e-mail to Apidura and they sent a full repair patch sheet out the next day. Pack is back full waterproof. They may be expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for! Fantastic customer service!

We are very satisfied with our bikepacking bags. We have two frame bags and two saddle bags that we use on the MTB and gravel bike. We have made short (multi-day) trips with it and cycled the Great Divide MTB route last year. They had a tough time (7 weeks), but they held up well.
One of the framebags had some unexpected wear, but that was resolved under warranty. So now all the bags are ready for the next adventure. Super happy! hang in there Apidura!

Had a problem with the mouth piece on my water bladder being dirty on the inside and uncleanable, I contacted Apidura asking if I could buy as a spare part? They simply they posted me two free of charge to Australia, what great after sales support. I promise to clean it better in the future. So pleased with all my purchases, planning another Food Pouch soon.

My frame pack developed a small hole where the two sealed faces had become detached. After an email to Apidura they promptly offered to repair for free. Pack repaired and returned within two weeks and even had new straps on it. Very pleased, will for sure purchase from this company in the future.

I used them this week for the first time on a bike packing trip - we had heavy rain, wind, etc
