Exceptional service. Noticed that my saddle pack was damaged and got in touch to enquire about a repair which I pull need to be ready for a race the following week. I sent on the Thursday and had the repaired pack back on the Tuesday! Many thanks!

Best bikepacking bags in the business and best customer service out there. Had my rear bag for the past 6 years, and Apidura repaired the bag after extensive use for free. I own most of the bags they sell, and all of them have performed without issue for 1000s of miles.

I've bought a reasonable amount of gear from apidura over about 3 orders.

I can honestly say that I don't have anything bad to say about them.

1. Product is fantastic (although pricey vs some peers on the bikepacking side, but you 100% get what you pay for)

2. Fulfilment is superb, very clear communication, I'm in Ireland (they use Fedex), it's close to a 1 working day delivery from UK to Ireland which is fantastic post brexit, and over the course of all my orders I have never questioned where my items are at any point of an order.

3. Their website is typically cheaper than marketplaces, which is usually accompanied by worse shipping / payment options, but not in this case. I'd recommend using their website rather than going through a marketplace.

4. Apidura have fantastic resources on their website on sizing, racing etc and I personally value how they recommend bag repair over replacement.

Products have been great so far although I haven't been using them too long, but customer support is amazing. Managed to mess something up on my bag (completely my fault) and in the same day they sent me some bits to fix it free of charge

Bought an Apidura frame bag, after fitting it on the bike I saw a fault on the zip ( very rare for Apidura) Emailed the company… replied straight away, was sorted out after sending pictures of the fault. Send it back…. New one in the post. I cant praise customer service enough, Alice was so nice and very helpful. Great products, fantastic after service. Thank you.

I had an issue with the main zipper on an Expedition frame bag and decided to contact them to know if they had any idea about how to repair it. They suggested to send the bag back to UK for repair instead almost for free. Very polite, informative and efficient customer service.

I’ve used Apidura bags for Audax for the past 4 years with no quality issues until a recent zip not closing on a frame bag. Return and repair service was 1st class with the zip repaired within a week (2 to 3 is the estimate) I was kept fully informed of return receipt/repair/dispatch by Alice.

Apidura has the best customer support I ever dealt with. I lost a strap for my Handelbar Expedititon bag. I sent them a mail and I received a new one the week after with a sweet postcard and a cool sticker 😊 I didn’t expect so much from a customer support! Awesome customer support. Got trouble with two of my bags needed supplementary straps / buckles to better fit on my bike, and they just asked an address to send spare parts. All this in a few emails, answered really quickly every time. I never regret buying Apidura!

I've been using Apidura products for a few years and everything has always been the highest quality and performed exactly as they descibe it. I've only contacted Apidura customer services once in the past which was to return a frame bag that was too big for my frame and this was dealt with efficiently. This time I contacted them about a modification I wanted to do to a backcountry handlebar bag. This was to give me extra room when riding in the drops as I have narrow 38cm bars so space is a premium. The very kindly sent me some straps and buckles the next day to enable me to adapt the way I compressed the bag. I tested it on a 3 day off road ride and it worked perfectly.

Apidura gear is second to none except for their customer service. Top notch service. FedEx lost a package of mine and customer support quickly sent me a replacement bag. I’ll keep coming back for the gear and I stay for the service.

I purchased a frame bag that ultimately was the wrong size for my bike. The support team provided excellent guidance and feedback on my options and helped me with the return process. Excellent products and support, I will buy Apidura products for all my bike gear needs.

This brand has outstanding customer service along with incredibly innovate and hardwearing products. They really are the best option for any bike packing adventure. I wish I had more bikes so I could buy more Apidura kit.
