Excellent service in every respect
Excellent service. An initial telephone call procured a product diagram sent to my email. This helped to identify the part required to fix my cooker hood. The item required was in stock, it was not expensive, it arrived quickly via DPD and it fixed the fault. A well deserved five stars.
