Apelson oven is not reliable
Apelson oven is not reliable.
Broke within the first year and needed replacing. Due to a faulty fan. This oven is now less than 2 years old and a similar issue but company claim this is not covered under warranty. I would not recommend!

La pagina "customer service" de esa empresa no existe o esta tan oculta que no es posible acceder a ella.
hagan el favor de poner un link directo a "customer service" en sus respuestas que aparezcan en trustpilot.
Como ustedes me confirman apelson españa y apelson uk son del mismo grupo industrial cna group, la indolente política comercial de ese grupo industrial no hace sino confirmar mi opinión de que ignoran olímpicamente al consumidor escudándose en que son empresas "independientes"

Ne laisse aucune alternative pour la prise de rendez-vous, impose de bloquer une journée complète. Service impossible à joindre, niveau de prestation correspondant à la mauvaise qualité des produits garantis. Tout est fait pour décourager les clients de donner suite à leur demande d'intervention.

Catalogue of errors
Firstly, the wrong part was sent so I returned it and my money was not refunded. Then, the 'correct' part was not available for months and when it was, it was sent too. Again, the wrong part. And now, after almost a year of waiting, I've given up and decided to scrap the wine fridge and buy another, and it won't be an Appelson.
