We would like to clarify that your flight TK-813 was cancelled by the airline, and on June 19 — one day before departure — we informed you of the airline’s forced changes and offered the closest possible alternative.

According to Turkish Airlines’ rules, refunds requested after the scheduled departure are processed based on the fare conditions of the ticket. We checked directly with the airline, and they confirmed that a full refund in your case is unfortunately not possible under the applicable tariff rules. Therefore, your refund request had to be closed.

Regarding the refund: if the airline canceled the flight, the request is typically processed according to the airline’s own rules and timelines. In such cases, we act as an intermediary and must follow their procedures, which can sometimes lead to delays.
