I bought shoes for my son. Wear it two hours. Part of him defected. We went back to the center. They refused to help and said your son did it on purpose. And when you contact customer service, they only have a word that you must back the center you purchased. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend dealing with this company that does not respect and does not fulfill its promises to customers

After I purchased my order of over $300 adidas we’re quick to take my money, but have made it as painful as possible to provide me my refund.
I followed up with their customer service team on when to expect my refund after returning my order 3weeks prior, only to be told it can take over 30days for the refund to show on my bank account.
It has been 60days and today my refund for only 1/5 items has been processed.
Called to follow up and spoke with the same customer service representative only to be questioned about the number of products I returned and reluctantly processed my refund.
0 communication to confirm and record the conversation we had or the issue that occurred.
Terrible customer service, poor communications between warehouse and customer support.
I will never be shopping at adidas again!

Refunds not processed
Returned an item on 2 September. Spent over an hour trying to contact Adidas on 27 September to follow up on the refund which they finally processed for me. Spent another 90 minutes today trying to follow up on the refund. Phone calls rung out and disconnected after 20+ minutes on hold, and all live chat sessions disconnected before the agent would reply.

If I bought something from outside Australia I would receive it faster. very annoyed

Absolutely awful customer experience. Zero communication. I've received goods from Sweden (1 week!) quicker than my order from Mulgrave (3 weeks and counting!) - and I live in Melbourne.
Is ADIDAS refund policy designed to frustrate the consumers rights?
Faulty insoles in 2 pairs of Ultraboost runners. As a long-term user of Ultraboost shoes for my intermediate training runs, I always buy two pairs at a time to maximize wear and comfort. A bad mistake this time. The insoles de-laminated quickly and caused blistering along the inside of my foot's sole. Set back my schedule. Not happy. I emailed a fault complaint and followed up as requested with pictures of the problem. No further response. I then phoned in, waited for ages to speak with an agent (Philippines baed, not Australia) who said yes, they had the photos. So why no further advice? After a long discussion, the agent offered a refund of some dollars so I could go buy replacement insoles. I'm OK with this idea as the shoes are what I like. After waiting since July 31, now August 9 I still don't see a refund so I have to call again. I'm wondering if it's the ADIDAS model to withhold refund payments until a customer calls again to follow up? I read others have had the same experience. In Australia our retail customer protection law ACCC should protect us from these types of activities. Adidas online really has to pull their socks up, the online service is the worst I've ever experienced.

Avoid, don't waste your time or money.
Ordered a pair of shoes, a week later I get a generated email, simply stating order cancelled. I rang the company and spoke with someone I could barely understand who tells me, the people in charge of online sales are not doing their job properly and that's why. The item I ordered is still showing in stock and available and I am yet to see a refund. Total morons, avoid and support a brand that actually supports their customers.

1 month on, 6 calls the customer service centre and nothing. Adidas have royally stuffed it. I don't think I will get my order, or my refund. Buyer beware. I would go to a store if you can, or shop at other retailer.
Long time adidas client…
I have been a long time adidas client and after my last order of running shoes didn’t arrive I thought it would be easy to solve. Wrong! After several ‘chats ‘and 2 phone calls their customer service was absolutely non existent. Could not get a refund or credit and finally got a refund from Australia Post for the non delivery. I wear Adidas shoes a lot but I guess I won’t be in the future.
Terrible service
Terrible service. I had to follow up a number of times only to find out my items had been lost or stolen after waiting 5 weeks for a delivery supposed to take few days. This has happened to my last two orders and if I did not follow up they likely wouldn’t have done anything about it. No communication from Adidas, terrible service. It’s a shame… I won’t be buying anything from them again.

Refunds take forever to receive and you need to constantly follow up
I am still awaiting refunds for return packages received by Adidas over 29 business days ago . I have called the Adidas Service Centre twice and on both instances it was confirmed the return packages were received and I was assured and promised refunds would be processed within a specific time period and in both instances they weren't (and I am still waiting for my refund), which is frustrating. I was told by the Service Centre themselves that Adidas Online returns policy is to process refunds within 25 business days. I refuse to call the Service Centre again and be given another false promise so I will be lodging my case with Consumer Affairs. In contrast, I returned an item to Under Armour Online at the same time and received a refund to my credit card within 14 business days. I will not be shopping on Adidas Online again (not matter how good a sale it is) and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Order thru eBay, spend over $150 with free shipping but was charged a fee. After 4 emails, 2 phone calls and 3 Facebook chats. It has been more than a month, I am still waiting for a response. Never again

Ordered shoes, no indication they were not in stock. Three weeks later called to enquire only to be told order cancelled. No reason given. Later that day received an email stating order cancelled - again, no reason given and no advice about if and when I would receive a refund.
