Coaching- you didn’t know you needed it till you get it!
When I started my journey wanting a business coach it was support to attain a successful NED role. I ended up having a coach, Maria Banks, that supported me through significant professional and personal changes. She ensured I remained consistent remembering the wins, keeping my motivated through opportunities that presented themselves and keeping my accountable. Most importantly she unlocked what really makes me tick and worked through how to achieve this. We spoke about my downfalls such as setting boundaries and we worked on exercises and theory and strategies to manage this.
Wouldn’t hesitate to come back to use Maria again and can highly recommend.

Club 7 is fantastic
I have been attending Club 7 for my ILM executive & Senior Leader Coaching Diploma. I've been attending this since I completed my Certificate. I love it. It operates very differently from a few years ago, when it was primarily coach supervision. That was great.Now, every month, there is the opportunity to gain more insight into very different aspects of coaching, from specific tools, to recognising mental health issues in ciaching. It is really worthwhile - and the slides are available afterwards too.

Renewal Scam!
Scam!
When you agree to services they sign you up to autorenewals – this is apparently buried in small print but no contract was signed.
You can see from other reviewers (see In Touch Networks too - they changed their name...) that they take money directly from your bank account and you can’t get the money back.
In my case, my bank card details had expired so they could not do this. Instead, I got bombarded by them demanding payment of 714 GBP. I ended up being forced to agree to a 300 GBP payment to avoid further legal action. They provided no services for this. Unethical.
Avoid them at all costs and do not give them your bank details. If you have, change your card details.
No idea how they have a 4.4 rating with all these 1* reviews. Got to wonder about these 5* reviews…

They only wanted to up sell
They only wanted to up sell. My account manager never got in touch. I had a membership for 2 years. They only contacted if they wanted to sell something more. Not too help me get the most of my existing subscription. Very disappointed. Some good resources, but feel super cheated.
