NED Mentoring
I had a NED Mentoring session with Jeremy Canning. He's is so knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me to identify the best niches for me to focus on and helped me understand the pros and cons of some sectors that I was sitting on the fence.

Group Supervision Session
The session attended was a group supervision session. During this session, a new creative way of interaction with all participants was introduced. I found this approach great because it allowed me to listen to and reflect on the suggestions and approaches of others, as well as the challenges that coaches are facing. Everyone in the session had an opportunity to participate and provide thoughts, perspectives, and suggestions. It was very valuable.

Joined the chat, but it appeared it was only my chat. Why was that? I asked a question in the Q&A as instructed at 5:29, it was ignored. The most common questions, were, shockingly, ones the panel were happy to answer. It felt staged, and I could not see an other of the participants. If there even were any.

We’d like to clarify that Zoom webinars operate differently from Zoom meetings: for privacy and bandwidth reasons, participants cannot see one another, nor can the hosts see attendees on camera. As such, we’re unable to see gestures like waving—though we absolutely appreciate the warmth behind it. The Q&A feature is built specifically for webinars to allow participants to submit questions, and we encourage its use for exactly that purpose.
We received over 100 questions during the session, with 350 attendees joining live. While we do our best to address as many as possible, it simply isn’t feasible to respond to every one in real time. To ensure all voices are heard, our marketing team has kindly offered each attendee a 1:1 follow-up call to discuss any unanswered questions personally. You’re warmly encouraged to book that session, and we would be glad to support you directly.
