A must for travellers
Relatively easy to use. Saved a lots of hassle and time trying to get tickets on the spot.
Just a but messy trying to get a refund from Brit Rail for a delayed journey as per Brit Rail guidelines.

It was fairly easy to use
It was fairly easy to use. We had too send 1 email and got some questions answered. After that smooth sailing. My wife and I don't always exhibit the greatest computer savvy.

Very easy to use
The pass was very easy to use and schedule. My only issue was not being able to reschedule a reservation. Our ferry was late in leaving so we missed our reservation for the train. And we could not reschedule.

The date selection process
The date selection process was cumbersome, requiring separate setup for each day of travel.
There was limited information about whether or not I could reserve seats on specific lines.
Reservation charges were excessive.

Excellent service for person with disability
The rail staff were very helpful and obliging particularly the ones on the trains and platform as we had need of a ramp on each train.

It was a quick and easy
It was a quick an easy application. My payment was showing as not going through on my CC statement. I sent an emailed to ACPRAIL INT. to see if they received it. I received a quick response back telling me it hadn't. I found out, after 3 phone calls to BMO, and 3 attempts to pay for my pass, that my new CC had a glitch, and nothing was going through my account. I now after sorting this out, have purchased my Britrail pass. 😃

Trusted site to purchase the BritRail pass, this is the official site. Explained the levels well. The drop down menus were a little confusing (just know it's how you'll enter how many of each pass type you are purchasing before you click to the next task).
