Fantastic result as usual. I wouldn't go to the UK without a Britrail pass from ACP. It's convenient, easy to use, cost effective and makes for a great way to see Britain and getting the best value out of each trip. The station/rail staff can sometimes be in the dark about the pass, but it never obstructed our travels.

ACP Rail is always my 'go-to', when I plan my trip home to UK. I have used these passes since 1985, and even won 2 Railpasses on one occasion. I visit my relatives, spread throughout England, Scotland and Wales, (as far North as Inverness, and South to Cardiff and Barry Island!), and there is absolutely no way to do that without my ACP Railpass!

From the comfort of every single train I used and the staff at every point of every journey, I cannot speak highly enough of the Train System. Ease of use, punctuality, and an extensive system to every single destination I needed I cannot fault the train system’s crisscrossed across the UK. Well done to all!

Very clear instructions regarding cost, etc, as I was deciding between the BritRail Flexi M-Pass and the BritRail England Flexi M-Pass. I am happy with the choice I made.

The programme is good however it should be easier to alter class without returning to the beginning. For example, I had inadvertently indicated Consecutive when I wanted Flex and had to return to the beginning to change that and also to start date. I do it every time so you would think I would know better.

We spent about a month total in Scotland and England, and day-tripped by train most days. It was easy to use, and saved a lot of fuss at a ticket window.

This is the fourth time we have used ACP rail for passes for Canada. It's an excellent way to travel in a more liberated way. We are avid planners, but love to have flexibility if something catches our fancy and plans change.

The pass worked. It was a reasonable price. No problems.

Would give it zero stars if I could. It’s an absolute scam - avoid. It’s way cheaper and easier to buy your passes directly. And that way you don’t have to spend your vacation trying to convince people you can be in that bus/train/tram. Truly atrocious. And their customer service is slow and not helpful.
