The train trip between Kings Cross and Edinburgh was a highlight of our UK vacation. Excellent service, clear communication, comfortable accommodation, and good value for our tickets which were purchased in Canada and delivered promptly.

Arnaque!!! Nous avons réservé des places assises dans un train Londres-Edimbourg pour plus de 30€, le mail de confirmation ne précise aucun siège précis et évidemment le train est bondé et toutes les places sont déjà réservées par d’autres passagers! Ne vous faites pas avoir!! On a passé 4h30 assis par terre après avoir perdu une belle somme d’argent !

There was something wrong with the dates plotted in in UK, and after a few mails back and forth you fixed it. Otherwise l would have been stuck at Gatewick Airport without a train ticket🤩

We set off to catch our first rail trip and had activated the M-pass for that day where we stayed with the benefit of wi-fi. Unfortunately when I went to show the staff at the train station, my mobile telephone did not have service, but the attendant allowed me to board and I was able to access the rail wi-fi and show the conductor on board, Once I had my mobile phone operating on an e-Sim rather than relying solely on Wifi, the procedure to activate and use the M-pass when we travelled by rail, was seamless. We found the trains were always quite busy (and one in particular). We were pleased to avail ourselves of the two free bookings on the M-Pass to pre-book seats on that leg of the trip. The Flexi-Pass allowed us up to eight trips in a month, which worked out perfectly for our trip. We wouldn't hesitate to use this system again.

BritRail is an excellent choice for tourists travelling across the UK. It offers unlimited train travel, making it easy to explore major cities, small towns, and scenic countryside with comfort and convenience.

Whatvmade my experience great was that I got the tickets online .I bought 8 tickets and each member of my team had the ticket in his/ her smartphone to get on the train and the Collector very easily inspected it.
We spent 3 days travelling without trouble, travelling at a convenient time with no delays.
Polite staff helped us find our way.

Very easy. But why can’t I buy in British pounds at a major train. Station. There is a link that shows you rates in pounds. Lots cheaper than buying in Aus dollars.

Takes most of the stress out of booking regular tickets and catching the booked trains. The price per ticket is very competitive compared with regular tickets as well.

We travelled from Land's End to John o'Groats all by train and it went very well - we would do it exactly the same and join all the nice people working for ACP Rail.
