I had to cancel my trip , and had no problems with my refund

Reliably on time, convenient and clean. Overall easy to use and a pleasant experience.

Loved it but it could be improved to be easy to use i.e. booking a First Class seat.

I go to England every year and use ACP each time.
All has gone well

It was so convenient to get on and off the trains without having to stop to buy tickets. We did more travelling because we had the consecutive passes.

Prompt service and available if there is a question.

ACP Rail has proven very helpful to me three to four times a year visiting England. The service had been flawless nine times out of ten and on the one instance that I ran into difficulty activating my day three of three, their support was able to activate it from afar. So thank you.

I liked the staff. They were always helpful and kind.
The trains were clean.
I didn't like the cancellations that I encountered, one of them had us passengers waiting for 2 hours. Another time, I walked for 15 minutes to get to a station, only to find a sign on the stairway up to the platform indicating that it was closed.
A couple of times had us on standing room only for over an hour before a seat became available. It was about a three hour journey and as a senior, I was exhausted. Plus there were not enough luggage racks for my carry on. Squeezing into a seat with barely enough room for my legs was impossible to be comfortable with carry on luggage too.
When the trains were on time, and there was seating available, it was a wonderful way to travel.

I liked the possibility to receive our e-ticket while still in our country.
I totally dislike the train company we used, Great Western. Really bad service.
In our trip to Oxford, there was no seat available and we had to stand for the whole way to the station. The same happened when we came back to London. The train had very few carriages and the passengers were so many!

Very fast and competent service from ACP Rail, regarding the order and shipping of rail passes. We were not completely satisfied with the additional cost of 1st class Britrail service, since over a three week period many trains either had no 1st class coaches or had no refreshments. Spotty availability of 1st class service.

Enorme dificuldade em aguardar revisão nas oficinas parceiras ( Av Barbosa Du Bocage).
Não consegui obter uma proposta para seguro saúde ou automóvel que valesse a pena.

The flexi pass was an excellent choice for my husband and myself who were visiting the UK from Australia. Excellent value for money as we traveled quite a lot in the short time we were there and just enjoyed the very comfortable train ride and views of the English countryside along the way.

I purchased ACP rail passes for a trip to England that my daughter and I took in Fall 2024. It proved to be well worth it and removed the anxiety of last minute ticket purchases and missed train stress. Highly recommend.
