A Seamless System of Travel
For those using Accessrail for the first time; fear not. The system works seamlessly.
We booked a flight from Ottawa to London with connecting rail service to Manchester. 72 hours prior to our flight we could access our rail tickets & London Underground tube voucher. Our flight happened to be cancelled departing Ottawa. The system automatically revised our underground & rail vouchers. And best of all, the vouchers are good for 24 hours so you are not tied to a specific train departure time.
When we had inquiries prior to our departure the Access Rail help line was fast, efficient, polite & informative. I would not hesitate to use this system again.

This is my second time booking a flexi pass with ACP Rail. Very easy process. The confirmation email has all the information on how to activate and use the flexi pass.

I loved the ease of using the multi day…
I loved the ease of using the multi day senior pass on my phone and super easy for a senior even if you aren't a computer person like me. I will come back this fall and use it again!

Website keeps freezing. ACP is using technology from 1995. Not 2025. Their booking process is pathetically slow.

it has been impossible to book…
it has been impossible to book reservations for a interrail railpass for trains in the UK on multiple occasions for trains in the UK. it has been very very frustrating. this is an awful website which has wasted hours of my time

Reservations for most UK trains are not mandatory for Interrail pass holders, unlike high-speed services in France or Italy. While advanced seat reservations can be purchased on our website for many UK routes, our system unfortunately does not support all available itineraries.

The paper pass mechanism was down
The paper pass mechanism was down. Although the website did not say this, I was able to access customer service who gave me an email to request to be notified when fixed. They emailed back and all works fine!

Britpass
It was quick and easy to plan trips in the UK and easy to purchase the britpass I wanted. I'm excited to use the pass to explore the beautiful UK. The only issue was the absence of a clear list of railways which accept the Britpass. Once I had cleared that search all was easy.

England and Scottish Countryside by Rail
We had a great time on our rail trip in UK and Scotland and definitely the way to see the country! Schedules were easy to use and trains ran on schedule for us. We hope to do this again and see more of the beautiful countryside.
