Excellent service from A6 Motors

I honestly couldn’t fault my experience with A6 Motors from start to finish.

A special mention has to go to Saf, who was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the whole process. I work offshore and was away when I first made contact, so I wasn’t able to complete the purchase until I was back home. Saf was more than happy to work around my circumstances without any pressure whatsoever, which I really appreciated.

I travelled 180 miles by train to collect the vehicle, and A6 Motors went above and beyond by arranging for me to be collected from the closest train station. I was met by Tanz, who was an absolute gentleman really welcoming, friendly and made the whole experience feel effortless from the moment I arrived.

There was no hanging around waiting for loads of paperwork or admin either. Everything was organised and straightforward, which made the whole process so much easier after such a long journey.

The vehicle itself was exactly as described, with the specification and condition all up to standard, so there were no unpleasant surprises when I arrived.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the vehicle and the service I received. Professional, friendly, straightforward and genuinely customer-focused. I’d have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending A6 Motors to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I spoke to a colleague on the phone to view an m4. I advised David I was coming down on the weekend to come and see it he acknowledged me to say that’s fine. I travelled all the way from Leicester and when I arrived the car was no where to be seen. The same colleague told me the car has gone into the service centre. I've just purchased my Audi A4 at A6Motors and I am happy with my purchase! Staff were friendly and polite. Mr. Saf was incredibly helpful with my purchase and certainly assited me with everything that he can. I did travel by train to get there and A6Motors offered to pick me up from the station upon my arrival which I think says alot about this dealership. Also I drove back for 2hrs from the dealership to my house and the car drove beautifully, it's in immaculate condition. I would totally recommend buying a car from them! Thank you.

A car dealership run by enthusiasts who genuinely put the customer first. Bought my X5 M50D recently and I was catered for from start to finish even after the vehicle was delivered. I highly recommend the dealership when looking for your ideal SUV. The range of BMW and Audi are huge with other big brands there too.

I would recommend buying from the A6 Team. Had informative and pressure free two viewings of an X5 which I had my eye on. Bought on the asking price as long as they touched up a few body work touches. I’m thoroughly happy with my purchase and trust the after sales care (should I need it) will meet expectations. If they are selling a model you want I would give them a call!

I saw a car online, called up and David arranged a test drive with me same day. Didn't rush me when I got there, took his time to show me different cars and test drove a couple.
Bought a car from them last week and it needed a few tweaks and changes, which David went above and beyond to get done for me. No hesitation, quickly done and had the car back within 48 hours. No hassle and made the process of buying a car so easy.
David was really friendly, communication throughout the process was great and all with great humour.
Deffo recommend and will head there when it's time for a change! Thanks

Aftersales is absolutely horrendous. Customer service 'team's useless. Sales team were great when buying the car, especially Saf, but now unwilling to offer any support with issues with an immobiliser they stated THEY had fitted before I bought the vehicle, now they claim they don't fit immobilisers and cannot give me any information regarding it. Was warned about buying a car from here, I should have listened!

I bought my car in January and wanted to wait before writing a review, just to make sure everything was still going well with it.
From the moment I arrived, I found the team to be friendly and relaxed — not pushy or in your face at all, which is something I really appreciated. Had they been overly pushy, I would have walked away.
I was given the keys to have a proper look around the car, both inside and out, and quickly decided this was the one for me. I took it out for a test drive and absolutely loved it, it was new in so wasn't the one I was originally going to look at.
I told them I wanted to take the car there and then, so we went into the office, completed the paperwork, arranged short-term insurance so I could drive it away, and made payment for the car — all completely stress-free. While I was in the office, they had already put fuel in the car and had it valeted, which was a really nice touch.
Overall, I found the whole experience great from start to finish. The team couldn’t have been more helpful, and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
